With the economic development and the country's attention to education,as well as the frequent occurrence of campus security incidents in recent years,the campus safety management gradually obtained more and more attention.The country has continually promulgated policies to ensure that students in the campus can feel comfortable.Due to the rapid economic development,the campus is no longer the Pure Land,under which security problems become more serious,the campus security management is facing a great challenge.How to improve the level of campus safety management in the ever-changing environment to ensure the quality of campus safety management,which is just the problem the society needs to solve.Therefore,the thesis takes campus safety management as research object,and H Middle School in Kunming as the research case,finally exploring the operation of PDCA cycle theory applied on the school campus safetymanagement.This article is mainly conducted from the following four parts:The first part clarified the reason of selecting theme,research methodology and research ideas and the framework of the paper.The second part reviewed the literature and defined related theories.In this part,it sorted former research,discussing core concepts to build the theoretical foundation.The third part analyzed the current situation of H Middle School.In this part,it adopted questionnaire to obtain the first data of H Middle School's campus security management,applying relevant research to analyze the dimension's relevance and studied the existing problems in campus security management.The forth part applied study of PDCA theory in H Middle School campus security management.In this part,it applied plan,do,check,act phases to H Middle School campus security management by targeting existing problems,and put forward PDCA circle to improve campus security management effectiveness,and provide reference to middle and primary school campus security management. |
