With more and more attention paid to education by the state,the promotion of curriculum reform and the need of teachers' own development,the teaching form of open courses has attracted more and more attention.As an indispensable teaching form in today's society,open class is an important platform to reflect the effect of curriculum reform and measure the professional growth of teachers.At the same time,under the call of vigorously advocating teacher professional development,open class development has become a powerful index to measure teacher professional development level.Open class has always been a hot topic,and its theoretical and practical value is deepening with the increase of the state's concern for education.In addition to having a profound impact on students' learning and improvement of their professional level,the practice of open courses will affect the discipline construction of the school and the development of the whole education system at the macro level when it expands to education.Primary school Chinese is a language class discipline,also is an enlightenment education subject,at the same time,the author as a primary school student education language research direction of Chinese public class teaching in primary schools of contact more opportunities than other subjects,so the elementary school language courses is more representative.This study will deepen the understanding of public teaching and further promote the professional development of teachers.The author took the Chinese teachers of two schools(city and town level)in riyangzhou and rizhao as the objects of investigation.It mainly USES the method of finding data,questionnaire survey,interview and observation to make statistical data and analysis.Mainly by looking for the public class related literature material,for the study of this paper improve the theoretical basis,through the observation,interview investigation to refine the current public class under the condition of some prominent problems,sum up the cause of such problems existing in current public class teaching,and puts forward some countermeasures dealing with the public class.In the survey,three dimensions,namely,teachers' pre-class preparation,teachers' teaching process and evaluation,and teachers' organization and training,were carried out successively.The preparation before class starts with teachers' preparation time,preparation method,selection of classroom teaching content and teachers' attitude.Teaching process and evaluation to teachers'teaching rhythm control,teachers teaching concerns,the mental state,behavior,the main body of public class evaluation,the evaluation standards,and the teacher let public course objective and subjective evaluation of the status quo of the analysis.In addition,it also includes the organization and training of open courses.Summarizes the following problems:teachers before class public class more time-consuming and low frequency,teachers involved in the discussions of study is not thorough to the teaching material,teacher not enough understanding of students,teachers,teaching form;Teaching process and evaluation of some improper teaching method,it is difficult to generate,use teaching teachers teaching concerns dispersed,some itself is not natural,uneven proportion of evaluation subject,evaluation approach toward a single,teachers begin to cognitive differences;The scale of open class organization is affected by local economy and teacher training opportunities.Then,the author analyzes the causes of problems from three aspects:external cause,education policy,school system,internal cause,and teachers themselves.Finally aimed at these problems and reasons,put forward the following countermeasures:education departments formulate measures to optimize the urban education resources,establish regular equal participation of the public class training system,standardization of public class organization mode;The school should improve the organization and management system of open classes on campus,strengthen the management of evaluation system,and implement the reward system of excellent open classes.Teachers should consolidate their professional knowledge,professional skills,improve themselves in imitation,update the inherent education thought,enhance the enthusiasm of opening class,and strengthen after-class reflection of open class.In order to make the practice of open class better promote the progress of students,the professional growth of teachers and the discipline construction of schools.
