In recent years,with the promotion of a new round of curriculum reform,strengthening the use of current political materials has become a starting point and breakthrough in the reform of the high middle school political course.We can find that the college entrance examination proposition focuses on the current politics material.Therefore,under the influence of examination thoughts,both teachers and students have attached importance to the material of current politics,instead of learning by the rote before examinations,they use current politics materials in ordinary political classroom teaching.This not only make students more concerned about politics;but also conducive further to improving the quality of students and students’ comprehensive ability;so as to promote the three-dimensional teaching goal of Ideological and political education and achieve the desired teaching effect.Current politics is an important part of Ideological and political teaching in high middle school.As a social hot event and problem material selected by the political teachers according to the students’ learning situation,the form of current political materials is diverse,rich in content and wide in range,with the features of intuition,timeliness,operability and feasibility.The current political materials and the "cultural life" teaching materials complement each other.They are connected to make up for the lagging of the content of"cultural life".And there is a difference.As a high school ideological and political textbook,"cultural life" has a systematic and rigorous characteristic,while the content of current political materials is extensive and divided,and it is of timeliness.Through the analysis of the questionnaire,there are still some problems in the use of current political materials in the "cultural life",mainly as follows:the selection of current political materials is unreasonable,the use of time is not guaranteed,and the use of value is also undervalued.According to these problems,the reason can be summed up to the influence of the traditional education concept,which makes the teacher’s teaching take the exam as the aim;the limitation of the professional ability of some teachers leads to the low atmosphere in the classroom teaching;the students’ wrong cognition of the current political materials makes the students’ attention to the current politics not enough,and the "utilitarian"tendency of the study purpose is strict.The imperfection of evaluation mechanism makes it impossible to give full play to the proper function of evaluation.The use of current political materials in the teaching of "cultural life" should adhere to the principles of education,life,knowledge,timeliness,scientificity and moderation,and can not blindly use current political materials.In order to make the current political material better serve the high school political classroom teaching,we should start from the following aspects:selecting and applying the current political materials rationally,changing the traditional teaching concept of teachers,improving the professional ability of the teachers,correcting the students’ idea of learning current politics,constructing a diversified evaluation method,giving full play to the positive influence of examination oriented Education,construction of current political material repository and giving full play to the joint force of the parties.To promote the development and utilization of current political materials.
