Objective: to preliminarily investigate(SD)the estrous cycle inhibition induced by two different exercise modes of aerobic exercise and anaerobic exercise in female rats,and then to compare bone mineral density and serum sex hormones.In order to explore whether there are differences in estrous cycle inhibition in different types of exercise patterns,we will provide some references for future exercise models in rats.Methods: a total of 34 female SD rats with 3 month old healthy and normal estrous cycles were randomly divided into aerobic exercise cylinder group(n=12),anaerobic exercise treadmill group(n=12)and blank control group(n=10 group).The blank control group did not do any intervention.The aerobic exercise cylinder group daily swimming training,swimming 6 days per week,resting for 1 days,8 days morning,two groups of rats vaginal smear.The anaerobic exercise platform set up the weekly exercise load to carry out the platform training.Training two times a day and 1 times in the morning.Train for 6 days a week and take1 days off.After determining the success of the swimming cylinder group and treadmill group,the rats were sacrificed.The 2cm and lumbar 4-6vertebrae of the right femur were removed.The rats were removed and gauze wrapped and labeled.They were placed in normal saline and placed in-20 C refrigerator to measure bone mineral density.Blood was injected into a pre cooled plastic finger tube containing 1% heparin,mixed and centrifuged at low temperature.The supernatant was placed in the refrigerator at-20 C for measuring estradiol(E2),progesterone(P)and serum testosterone(T).The special animal measurement software package is set up.The precision is 1%,the scanning speed is 60mm/s,the resolution is 1 x 1.0mm and the scanning width is 20.0cm with the QDR-2000 dual energy X-ray absorptiometry produced by LUNAR company.The density of 2cm and lumbar 4-6 in the proximal right of the right femur was measured.The radioimmunoassay kit provided by Beijing Jing Mei Biological Products Co.,Ltd.was used to determine the content of E2,P and T in plasma by the package by tube radioimmunoassay.Results: 1.After the completion of training,the rats in aerobic exercise cylinder group and anaerobic exercise treadmill group appeared estrous cycle disorder.Meanwhile,the estrous cycle in normal control group was normal.2.the weight of ratsin aerobic exercise cylinder group and anaerobic exercise treadmill group was significantly lower than that in blank group.There was a very significant difference.However,there was no significant difference in body weight between rats in aerobic exercise cylinder group and anaerobic exercise treadmill group.3.the E2,P and T values of rats in aerobic exercise cylinder group and anaerobic exercise treadmill group were all lower than those in blank group.There was significant difference.However,there was no significant difference in E2,P and T between aerobic exercise cylinder group and anaerobic exercise treadmill group.4.Aerobic swimming cylinder group rats and anaerobic exercise treadmill group rat body,4-6lumbar vertebrae and right femur proximal 2cm BMD values were significantly lower than the blank group,there was significant difference between the 4-6 lumbar vertebrae,and the body,the right proximal femur 2cm and BMD;aerobic swimming cylinder rats with anaerobic exercise treadmill group rat body,waist 4-6 vertebrae and right femur proximal 2cm BMD values are similar,there is no significant difference.Conclusion: 1.aerobic exercise and anaerobic exercise have two different sports modes.The training volume exceeds the rat's own load,which can cause estrous cycle inhibition in female rats.It can provide an animal model for the study of female athletes' menstrual disorders.2.The two modes of aerobic and anaerobic exercise.In a reasonable range,the improvement of the function of the body is not the same.But in the experiment,after the estrous cycle of female rats was inhibited,the two exercise modes had similar effects on the serum sex hormones and bone mineral density in rats,which could lead to the decrease of serum sex hormones and the decrease of bone mineral density in rats.
