The technical action structure of the front pass can be divided into five technical aspects: the preparation posture,the moving position,the hitting point,the passing hand type and the coordination force.They interact with each other and restrict each other.In the course of positive passing,the average student always thinks that the positive passing technique is simply a finger process.So when you approach the ball,you always use your fingers to rub the ball,to grab the ball,or to poke the ball.As a result of passing the shape of the hand,also very easy to cause damage to the finger,at the same time let the students to practice fear of fear,in casual between form conditioned reflex,undermining passing technical movement and deformation,seriously affect the quality of the pass.At the beginning of the practice,each technique was isolated from each other,emphasizing the position of the ball and ignoring the pass.Mastered the ball point and the passing hand type,but also because the underfoot movement is not in place,destroyed the position of the hit point,affected the correct passer type.If students want to master the right pass technique,they must go through many exercises to combine these isolated technical actions into a complete automation system.In order to break through and grasp the heavy and difficult part of teaching in the limited teaching time,it is necessary to explore and study volleyball classroom teaching.To explore an effective way of teaching,improve teaching effect and validation control method in the teaching of volleyball frontal pass technology teaching effect,enrich volleyball frontal pass technology teaching theory and method,according to the volleyball frontal pass the action structure,action,and difficulties in the teaching of common error action,respectively for the design of targeted.Using the control method,technology of volleyball frontal pass five teaching the key link to control,through a simple AIDS intervention and the design of controlling practice method,lets the student at the beginning of the practice,sports skill form the generalization stage,every point of technical movement control within the scope of the right,let the students more clearly clarify the technical behavioral essentials,exercise to keep concentrating,muscle also appropriate relax,make muscle afferent impulse to concentrate in moving point as soon as possible,the formation of muscle memory,avoid the interference of other factors,reduce the occurrence of error action,accelerate the differentiation process of conditioned reflex,can quickly form the right motivation.This paper adopted literature,education,experimental method,mathematicalstatistics and other research methods,in southwest petroleum university sports education professional level 2015 40 male students of volleyball general lessons as experimental object,the experimental group adopts the control method of teaching,20 control group 20 people with conventional teaching methods.The following conclusions are obtained through statistical analysis of the data of the two groups before and after the experiment:1,through the teaching of volleyball frontal pass technology experiment,the experimental group used a control method of teaching,the experiment after technical examination score of technical evaluation and training,there are significant differences between two groups,the achievement of the experimental group obviously higher than the control group.It is proved that it is feasible to adopt the control teaching method in the teaching of positive passing in the general college volleyball.2.According to the experimental data,the control method improves the teaching effect of the positive passing technology of volleyball.In particular,it has obvious effect on the moving position,hitting point,passing hand type and technical achievement of the positive passing technology.The effect was not obvious in the two technical aspects,such as the preparation posture and coordination force of the positive passing technique,although the results of the experimental group were slightly higher than that of the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two.3,positive pass in volleyball technique teaching generalization of early stage adopts the control method of teaching,can help students more clearly clarify the technical key points,grasp concepts,understand the action structure,reduce the occurrence of error action,increase the sense of ontology,to promote the formation of sports skills.This is obvious for beginners to set up the correct positive pass technique in a short period of time.4.The use of control teaching method in the reinforcement and improvement of the positive passing technique of volleyball can help students improve the accuracy and stability of passing and improve the ball control ability.5.Adopt the control teaching method in the technical teaching of the positive passing of volleyball,and more active in the classroom atmosphere to improve students' interest in learning.
