| Before and after the Chinese basketball professional experienced vicissitudes of life,it has experienced development for more than 20 years,forming the operating mechanism of the major professional basketball league in China-strong administrative intervention,to the town government reform under the big background,the NBL league in 2015 formally put forward tube separation reform,even if the NBL league has experienced two seasons’ separation tube,but also objective problems stands out,still struggling league competition in many aspects.This paper analyzes the status quo of NBL’s implementation of the separation and puts forward some suggestions on the problems encountered,so as to find a way to promote the development of NBL.Based in Sichuan Jin Jiang basketball base do players NBL cervix during the work,the focus on logic reasoning method is used to survey information,and through documentary,expert interview and other research methods,questionnaires and mathematical analysis,supplemented by combining with the history,status quo and the NBL league situation of tube before and after being separated reform specific analysis,it is concluded that in the process of developing the NBL league in the following questions: 1,organization and management problems;2.Competitive level problem;3.Media publicity problems;4.Business model.This paper puts forward some Suggestions for the further development of NBL basketball league,such as making clear the positioning of the league and creating attracting points,and also broadening the thinking of the reform of Chinese basketball competition professionalism.After thorough investigation and thorough analysis,the author reached the following conclusions: 1.The sponsors of NBL is aiming at the team’s entry into CBA league,and being anxious to achieve quick success and get instant benefits.There is no preparation for long-term construction of team.2.Since the development of NBL league,the goal of the organization is not clear,the team is not perfect,the players are mobile,and the team is unstable.3.The implementation of tube separation is not carried out completely and the rights and responsibilities are not clear,leading to the inability of NBL in operation.4.The NBL league to attract genius and train college players by using the methods of in-advance intervention and talents lock.5.The NBL league should be repositioning,cultivating young local players and allowing 50 per cent of the players to be local.The author suggests that the following comments should be made on the premise of further promoting the separation and reform of management.1.Stakeholders should follow the development and growth pattern of sports team,league team is not achieved immediately,otherwise there are growing and development period,stakeholders investing club team have to formulate short-term,mid-term,and long-term planning.2.Strengthening the stability of the team,make the reserve and cultivation of the NBL team reserve and cultivate the physical strength of the team.3.Thoroughly entering into the market,stepping out of the substantive pace of reform,and leaving the games open in the market.After decentralization,the parties should coordinate their interests with each other,and the Chinese basketball Association should further improve the management mode of the league and further clarify the division of responsibilities.4.With early intervention,the method of talent locking attracts and trains outstanding college students to ensure a steady stream of college students,establish joint cultivation relationship and long-term cooperation.5.The NBL league should reposition itself according to its own situation,be rooted in the location of the team,and insist on persistence,not to change the positioning of the league.In order to ensure that the talent is not lost,it is proposed to develop local players to ensure the highly localized development of NBL players.Build local team culture to build brand and brand. |
