With the rapid development of communication technologies,Y Mobile is playing an important role in the local urban informatization.On the other hand,the industry outlook of"slowdown in growth and increased competition" and the background of oligarchic monopoly by state-owned enterprises exert great public opinion management pressure on it and generate more prominent impact on its production operations and corporate image.With Y Mobile's historical public opinion development data,typical network public opinion cases and the existing network management system as the cut-off point and taking public opinion management theory,crisis management 4R theory and customer satisfaction theory as the theoretical basis,this paper analyzed Y Mobile's network public opinion management status,found the deficiencies in its existing network public opinion management and put forward suggestions on how to make an improvement.First of all,this paper introduced the related concepts and theories of network public opinion management and analyzed the influencing factors and propagation characteristics of network public opinion occurrence,thereby providing a theoretical basis for the subsequent improvement of Y Mobile's management measures in the identification,assessment and response of network public opinion.Secondly,this paper used literature research method,questionnaire survey method,case analysis method and other methods to analyze Y Mobile's network public opinion management status and find the deficiencies of Y Mobile's network public opinion management in the reduction stage,preparation stage,reaction stage and recovery stage.Finally,combined with Y Mobile's network public opinion management characteristics and status,suggestions on improving Y Mobile's network public opinion management before,during and after public opinion were put forward.This paper not only analyzed public opinion management theory,crisis management 4R theory and other theories,but also analyzed the research on Y Mobile's public opinion changes from 2009 to 2017 and the treated typical public opinion management cases.Based on the above analysis,this paper found out the existing problems in Y Mobile's public opinion management and put forward specific measures to improve Y Mobile's network public opinion management in identification,assessment and response combined with the company's existing network public opinion management system,focus of attention of user network public opinion and external factors of public opinion,which is of a certain practical value and guidance for the company to effectively and scientifically respond to network public opinion.
