| The development level of the Internet has had an extremely far-reaching impact on all walks of life in society,and it has become the most important way for people to obtain information,express opinions,and interconnect with each other.Internet public opinion is an inevitable product of the spread of social information on the Internet.At present,the internet public opinion environment is still complicated.Internet rumors and undesirable content cannot be ignored.The pollution source of the internet ecology has not been eradicated.The positive energy of the internet needs to be further strengthened.The lack of awareness of the risk management of internet public opinion and inadequate capabilities have brought indelible harm to the long-term healthy and stable operation of the enterprise,which has directly caused the decline of the enterprise's reputation and even caused the bankruptcy of the enterprise.How to effectively manage the risk of internet public opinion has become an important issue that many enterprises must consider about it now.In practice,compared with large-scale enterprises,most of them which are similar to F enterprise have weak awareness of internet public opinion risk management and low ability.The attitude of allowing them to ferment internet public opinion risks into a crisis of negative public opinion events,and into huge enterprise cost.Based on the guidance of risk-reward trade-off theory,stakeholder theory,and life cycle theory,this article uses literature research,case study,and process analysis to conduct targeted analysis and research on the optimization of F Enterprise's internet public opinion risk management.By combing the current status of F enterprise's internet public opinion risk management,it is believed that the enterprise's insufficient attention to internet public opinion risk management,the lack of correlation between risk factors,and insufficient ability to handle public opinion events,as well as the complexity of the Internet public opinion ecology and the external environment of the enterprise,have led to the risk of internet public opinion risk.In terms of management,there are problems such as "incomplete institutions,imperfect systems","lack of effective incentive,lack of cultural value","lack of lack of external publicity and inadequate internal control","monitoring and early warning gaps,and effortsto deal with difficulties".Based on the COSO-ERM(2017)framework,formulate practical and feasible countermeasures for the optimization of internet public opinion risk management for F Enterprise,mainly based on the three elements of "governance and culture" and "performance" to build the basis of internet public opinion risk management.Implement internet public opinion risk response measures,repair and improve internet public opinion risk management.In addition,in order to further promote the optimization of F enterprise's internet public opinion risk management,safeguard measures have been designed from the perspectives of repair improvement and enhanced communication,which helps F enterprises to better the internet public opinion risk management,and provide operable suggestions for similar enterprises. |
