Research On The Effectiveness Of Chinese Style Wrestling Position And Technique Application

There is a saying in Chinese-style wrestling "big trip thirty-six,small trip race ox hair",which has a rich and complex technology system.In Chinese-style wrestling,are these techniques used by athletes? If not,which technology is the high frequency choice of the athletes? What is the relationship between the high frequency selection technology and the specific position of wrestling costume? The above problems are the navigation mark of this article,and it is also a blank in the research of Chinese-style wrestling.The problem is the beginning of the research and the catalyst for the birth of all knowledge.This research selected the most representative competition in 2017,2017 National Chinese Wrestling Club Championship,as a case study,and selects the top eight game videos of men's group and women's group as the statistical objects.Taking athlete's grip as a benchmark,the author uses mathematical statistics,literature,logical analysis and other research methods to summarize,sort out and comb out the relationship between control and technology application in Chinese-style wrestling.The results of research show that:First,In Chinese-style wrestling,there is a very close relationship between the application of technology with grasping the position of the wrestling costume,more than two-thirds of the technology was used under the condition of grasping a specific position of wrestling costume,and more than 90% of the control combinations of the top ten hands grasping the specific position of the wrestling costume is based on the xiaoxiu control.Second,Using the amount of technology as a perspective,the top five of the control combinations on a wrestling costume are: xiaoxiu-pianmen,xiaoxiu-daling,xiaoxiu-zhimen,xiaoxiu-xiaoxiu,xiaoxiu-houdai,they all need two hands to grasp the control on the wrestling costume,and the success rate and the highest scoring rate of technology use are the technical application under the combination condition of the xiaoxiu-houdai.In addition,the hands hold one leg is a control combinations which is no one hand grasping on the wrestling costume;xiaoxiu-taotui is a control combinations which is one hand grasping on the wrestling costume.They are two representative control combinations.The amount of skills used under thecombination,and the success rate,and the scoring rate,both show that the two kinds of control combinations are worth energetically promoting in the game.Third,in this Chinese-style wrestling competition,the amount of skills used in the top five are: kick,twist,taotui,qin,tuibie.Among them,kicking technology is the most used technique for both men and women,that is,kicking is a technical feature of Chinese-style wrestling.In the xiaoxiu-pianmen,the xiaoxiu-daling,the xiaoxiu-zhimen and the xiaoxiu-xiaoxiu four control combinations and the application amount of it also ranked first,but the success rate and the scoring rate of it are not high;among the five techniques,it has the highest of the success rate and the scoring rate when using the tuibie.Fourthly,the best control combination of the five techniques is as follows: it has the best effect when to attack with the kicking under the xiaoxiu-daling;it has the best effect when to attack with the twist under the xiaoxiu-houdai;it has the best effect when to attack with the taotui under the xiaoxiu-taotui;it has the best effect when to attack with the qin under the xiaoxiu-xiaoxiu;it has the best effect when to attack with the tuibie under the xiaoxiu-daling.Fifth,male and female athletes differ greatly in their use of the four techniques:tuibie,taotui,qin,other techniques.Female athletes are more likely to use the tuibie than male athletes,and it has the higher success rate of skills use.Male athletes are more likely to choose the other three techniques than female athletes.In view of the characteristics of Chinese-style wrestling and technical application,this paper puts forward three suggestions,which are as follows:First,it pays attention to the training of the ability to successfully grapple a variety of control combinations,and the ability to switch one control combination to another.Secondly,attach importance to the training of different technologies under thesame control combination.Third,strengthening training of the combination technology application ability.
