In today's world, between countries and regions in the increasingly fierce competition is, in essence, the talent competition. The development of China urgently needs a sufficient number, reasonable structure of high quality labors and skilled talents. Secondary vocational school is to foster qualified skilled laborers, secondary graduates main position in China is an important source of industrial army, these students'quality of erudition, especially the ideological and moral qualities of erudition, directly related to the country's ruling foundation, but also related with the development of economic society.Moral education is the first element of education quality, is the fundamental guarantee of training qualified personnel. Secondary school moral education work is the moral main channel implementing quality education schools, is the important content. However, in recent years due to various reasons, secondary school moral education is facing an embarrassing situation, the status of the school teaching, the teaching effect also lower capital-use. In face of the new situation and new situation, this paper tries to explore in rural secondary schools of education reform background classes of moral teaching effectiveness down enhance the secondary vocational schools, education of moral teaching and the organic combination of classes, so as to improve teaching effect of moral education, secondary vocational students the healthy development of moral quality to provide a new thought. This paper is divided into three parts:The first part is on rural secondary school teaching status of moral gives rational analysis. Through the survey first clear present countryside school main problems of moral education, and then based on this analysis of the reasons for these problems arise.The second part of rural secondary schools put forward the education reform is to improve classes teaching effect of moral attempt. Around the education classes on the analysis of domestic and international education research and small rural secondary school moral education classes teaching implementation of the necessity and feasibility.The third part analyses the rural education implementation of duty school classes teaching infectivity of moral way of enhancement. One is to bring each student, establish people-oriented moral education teaching idea; Two is to strengthen moral education course construction, deepen the reform of curriculum contents; Three is the innovative teaching methods, construct happy classroom of moral education; Four is construct poly-pattern of moral teaching evaluation system; Five is to adjust and improve its moral teacher position overall qualities.
