The issue of large class has been a chronic disease that has engulfed us for many years in China.The traditional teaching method that based on teacher-centered has been adopted by most schools and teachers.The students seem like "U disk" under the "cramming method of teaching",they accept the knowledge passively.Their enthusiasm and initiative of learning has been severely suppressed.Furthermore,the independent cooperation to explore the consciousness and ability of innovation is also vanquished,that is the resource of "the Qian Xuesen's Question." How to get out of the drawbacks of the traditional teaching model is a long-term research by plenty of experts,scholars and educators.The concept of student-centered education and cooperative learning is introduced into the new curriculum reform,which is also accepted by different types of schools and teachers at various levels.In recent years,many graduate students have brought this concept into the educational practice and achieved satisfying results.The concept of student-centered education and cooperative learning has adapted to the requirements of the new era.It will undoubtedly play an important role in teaching reform and cultivating the innovative of students.The concept of student-centered education advocates "student-oriented" and develops the ability to obtain knowledge consciously,while the cooperative learning promotes cooperation ability in teams.The combination of the two can achieve the effect of "one plus one is more than two" in practical teaching.The application of cooperative learning under the concept of student-centered education in educational practice can give full scope to guiding function of theory and play a great role in promoting teaching.Studying on the cooperative learning is the precondition of information technology teaching reform.By applying cooperative leaning to information technology groups in junior high school,we can analyse all aspects of cooperative learning in teaching practice and find problems in practice and solutions to the problems.It can effectively improve the cooperation of the class.The introduction of student-centered education concept and cooperative learning is a beneficial attempt in the IT teaching of junior school,which can encourage students to acquire knowledge much more happily,positively and efficiently during the learning process.Thus the ability of students to explore innovation independently and cooperatively will be fully cultivated.This paper introduces the status of the domestic and foreign related research firstly,then it mainly focuses on the basic theory of the student-centered education and cooperative learning,analyzing the necessity and feasibility of applying student-centered education and cooperative learning to IT teaching in junior school.Finally,through the study of the status quo and related theories of information technology teaching in junior middle school in China,combined with the meliorative experimental study of the whole process of "student-centered·subjective initiative and efficiency" teaching in Li Cang Experimental Junior High School in Qingdao,the author creates the cooperative learning model of information technology in junior high school under the concept of student-centered education and verifies the effectiveness of the student-centered,education by two cases and achieves the predetermined teaching goals and tasks.Through the practice,the author realized that cooperative learning under the background of student-centered education can stimulate students' inner potential and improve their ability of autonomous learning and inquiry.Not only individual students but also cooperative learning groups are all significantly improved.Therefore,how to combine the student-centered education and cooperative learning into IT teaching and let it play an important role in mobilizing the enthusiasm and initiative of students is very important both in reality and in practice,even has referential meaning in other disciplines teaching reform.
