Objective:In order to explore the genetic marker of Chinese ice hockey players and other projects related genes,based on experimental method of Chinese ice hockey,figure skating,short distance and short distance speed skating short track speed skating athletes ACE I/D gene polymorphism and ACTN3 gene R/X polymorphism and CNTF gene A/G polymorphism distribution were analyzed,and related research of the three genes was reviewed to determine whether the polymorphism and material of athletes in our country on the ice has relevance,to provide reference data for early selection of project athletes on the ice in China.Methods:In this study,130 elite athletes including ice hockey,figure skating,short distance speed skating and short distance short track speed skating were taken as the experimental group,and 155 college students without general sports experience as control group.Polymerase chain reaction(PCR)was used to detect the I/D polymorphism of ACE gene.The polymorphism of ACTN3 gene and A/G polymorphism of CNTF gene were detected by restriction fragment length polymorphism(REP).And then the genetic equilibrium test of the results,to determine whether the detection population representative,the gene group betAveen the allele frequencies and genotype distribution using the chi square test,according to the results of correlation analysis of three gene polymorphisms in China and these ice project athletes sports ability.Results:1.The experimental group ACE gene I/D polymorphism and ACTN3 R7X gene polymorphisms of Hardy-Weinberg are in line with the law of inheritance(P>0.05),with a representative group,ean be used as a study group;the experimental group CNTF gene A/G polymorphism frequency distribution although not consistent with the law of inheritance(P<0.05),not with the group representative but,because the small number of elite athletes and special populations,ean not folly apply the law,so the statistical analysis does not affect the results of the judgment.2.There was no significant difference in the distribution of ACE gene I/D polymorphism,ACTN3 gene R/X polymorphism and CNTF gene A/G polymorphism in the experimental group compared with the experimental group(P>0.05).3.In addition to the short distance speed skating in experimental group,the other group ACE gene I/D polymorphism distribution and characteristics in different project athletes had no difference(P>0.05);the experimental group ACTN3 gene R/X polymorphism and CNTF gene A/G polymorphism distribution compared with the different projects of elite athletes were not significant the difference(P>0.05).4,There was no significant difference in the distribution of ACE gene I/D polymorphism,ACTN3 gene R/X polyrmorphism and A/G polymorphism of CNTF gene in different experimental groups compared with Han people in different regions(P>0.05).5.In addition to the short distance speed skating in experimental group,the other group ACE gene I/D polymorphism and the distribution characteristics of different races are ordinary people have significant difference(P<0.05);the experimental group ACTN3 gene R/X polymorphism and CNTF gene A/G polymorplhism distribution showed significant difference with the ordinary people of different races(1P<0.05).Conclusions:1.There was no significant difference in the distribution of ACE gene I/D polymorphism,ACTN3 gene R/X polymorphism and CNTF gene A/G polymorphism in the experimental group compared with the experimental group,not recommended as a reference for early selection of project athletes on the ice in China.2.There is a significant difference between the I/D polymorphism of ACE gene and short distance short track speed skaters and different item excellent players,suggesting that the polymorphism of this gene may be related to the item type,but it needs more sample size to verify it.3.There are all racial differences in ACE gene I/D polymorphism,ACTN3 gene R/X polymorphism and CNTF gene A/G polymorphism.
