Research purposes:Through the analysis of Angiotensin Converting Enzyme(ACE)gene I/D polymorphism and ?-actin-3(ACTN3)gene R577 X polymorphism in southern Chinese han nationality college students in the distribution and correlation with body mass index,so from genetics Angle for genetic markers associated with health.Research objects and methods:This study selected the jiangxi normal university,419 southern han Chinese college students(218 boys,218 girls),all are healthy and ordinary people with no experience in professional sport. This study selected the ACE gene I/D,ACTN3 R577 X polymorphic loci, the application of polymerase chain reaction(PCR)amplification purpose DNA fragments and enzyme digestion and sequencing methods, the analysis of the ACE gene I/D,ACTN3 gene R577 X polymorphism distribution features in research object. At the same time, test subjects related body composition, body function and physical quality index,to explore the correlation of its gene polymorphism.Results:1.ACE gene I/D polymorphism and ACTN3 gene R577 X polymorphism distribution in southern Chinese han nationality college students met Hardy weinberg's law,has a group representative, can be used as a cohort study.2.The ACE gene I/D polymorphism of each genotype in southern China distribution characteristics of the han nationality college students are as follows: II genotype in 162 cases(38.7%),ID genotype in 201 cases(48.0%),DD genotype 56cases(13.3%),along with the Mongolia,Russia and Spain distribution of gene frequency comparison, the results have statistical significance.3.ACTN3 gene R577 X polymorphisms genotypes in southern China distribution characteristics of the han nationality college students are as follows: the CC genotype in 141 cases(35.2%),computed tomography(CT)genotype in 180 cases(44.9%),TT genotype in 80 cases(19.9%),with the north-west China han nationality college students,Jamaica, the African-American population distribution of gene frequency comparison, the results have statistical significance.4.The ACE gene I/D polymorphism in different gender does not appear between body mass index of each genotype in the statistical difference(P > 0.05).5.ACTN3 gene R577 X polymorphism in different gender of each genotype in body shape and body composition index,no statistical difference; Each genotype in female college students physical quality index no statistical difference; The TT genotype in men's physical quality index the sit-and-reach result is much better thanthe CC and CT(P < 0.01),no significant difference was found in all other indicators.6.Portfolio analysis, two genes found in the men's(ACE II + ID&ACTN 3 TT)gene sit-and-reach scores significantly better than(ACE II + ID&ACTN 3 CC + CT)and(ACE DD&ACTN 3 CC + CT)genotype,(P < 0.01).Man(ACE II + ID&ACTN 3TT)genotype is a left hand grip strength score significantly higher than(ACE DD&ACTN 3 CC + CT)genotype(P < 0.05).Discussion:1.The ACE gene I/D polymorphism and ACTN3 gene R577 X polymorphism distribution exist between national and regional differences.2.ACTN3 gene R577 X polymorphism loci and the han male college students in southern China was linked sit-and-reach indexes, prompt ACTN3 gene R577 X polymorphism loci may become one of the molecular biomarker physical prediction and intervention, but also need a larger sample size to validate..3.ACE gene I/D polymorphism and combination of ACTN3 gene R577 X polymorphism may be related to the han male college students in southern China sit-and-reach and left hand grip strength quality constitution phenotype.
