Objective:In order to explore the molecular markers of sport-related genes of snowboarding athletes in Heilongjiang Province,this paper analyzed the distribution of ace gene I/D polymorphism,cntf gene A/G polymorphism and actn3 gene R/X polymorphism of Chinese snowboarding athletes through experimental methods.According to the experimental conclusion the polymorphism of the above genes is related to the specific sports ability of different types of snowboarding athletes in Heilongjiang Province,so as to judge whether the gene can be used as a molecular marker for early selection of athletes of some snow events in Heilongjiang Province,which can provide reference for scientific selection system of snow events athletes in China,and at the same time,provide a reference for the selection system of genes of similar event groups and provide more basic data.Methods:According to the features of snow events,68 elite athletes of snow events in Heilongjiang Province were divided into two categories: skilled athletes and endurance athletes.Meanwhile,158 college students were randomly selected as control group.Polymerase chain reaction was used to detect the I/D polymorphism of ace gene,restriction fragment length polymorphism was used to detect the A/G polymorphism of cntf gene and the R/X polymorphism of actn3 gene.The distribution frequencies and allele frequencies of the three polymorphisms were obtained in all subjects,and the results were tested by the “Hardy-Weinberg” to determine whether the tested population had a population body representation.Chi-square test was used to determine whether the above three gene polymorphisms were related to the athletic ability of snowboarding athletes in Heilongjiang Province.Finally,the feasibility of using these three genes as molecular markers for the selection of snowboarding athletes in Heilongjiang Province was analyzed.Results:1.The distribution of ace gene I/D polymorphism,cntf gene A/G polymorphism and actn3 gene R/X polymorphism in each group conformed to Hardy-Weinberg genetic law(P>0.05),which was representative of the population and could be used as a population sample for study.2.There was no significant difference in the distribution characteristics of ace gene I/D polymorphism genotype and allele between the experimental groups and the control group(P>0.05).But the experimental result shows the II genotype frequency in endurance group(40.91%)is higher than that in skilled group(32.61%)and the control group(29.11%).3.cntf A/G polymorphism frequency of genotype distribution and allele distribution were significantly different(P<0.05)and extremely significant differences(P<0.01)between skilled group and control group,also in Slopestyle athletes and Cross-Country Skiing athletes.There were significant differences between Slopestyle athletes and Snowboard Cross athletes(P<0.05);There were extremely significant differences between Slopestyle athletes and control group(P<0.01).The frequency of GG genotype and G allele in skilled group(63.05%,75.00%)is significantly higher than endurance group(40.91%,59.09%)and the control group(38.61%,59.49%).4.There was no significant difference in distribution characteristics of actn3 gene R/X polymorphism genotype and allele between the experimental groups and the control group(P>0.05),and the distribution is very similar.Conclusions:1.It is not recommended that the ace gene I/D polymorphism be used as reference indicators for the selection of such project genes,but it is not excluded that the II genotype and I allele connect with endurance snow events,in the follow-up study,should be increase the sample size to verify.2.cntf gene A/G polymorphism may be used as a molecular marker for genetic selection of athletes in Heilongjiang Province skill snow events,especially the Slopestyle event,this gene GG genotype and G allele are related to the outstanding explosive quality.3.It is not recommended that the actn3 gene R/X polymorphism be used as reference indicators for the selection of such project genes,but it is not excluded that the experimental results have the effect of insufficient samples,in the follow-up study,the sample size should be increased to supplement the experimental data.
