Research purpose: It determines Northeast area long distance speed skating athlete I/D polymorphism of the ACE(angiotensin converting enzyme) gene through molecular biology's method,and analysis speed skating athlete ACE gene I/D polymorphism and the motor ability relevance. And it is auxiliary to the target of the back strength test, analyzes ACE the gene I/D polymorphism and the strength training sensitivity. Thus provides the content and the reference data of the molecular genetics aspect for our country speed skating early time athlete scientific selection. Main research content: ACE gene I/D polymorphism distributed frequency; Experimental group and control group gene frequency difference; Back strength the test; Back strength and the ACE gene polymorphism relatedness analysis.Research methods: Chooses the Heilongjiang speed skating athlete and the movement human science student of the Harbin Sports Institute is each 30 people carries on the gene extraction and the back strength test, uses the PCR method to carry on the determination to the ACE gene polymorphism, carries on statistics analysis to the test result.Research results:1.The ACE gene polymorphism frequency athlete group II:ID:DD is 36.7:36.6:26.7, control group II:ID:DD is 20:36.7:43.3.2.Card side examines athlete group X2=2.018>1.77 (P>0.05) to have the community representation. The athlete and the control group contrast X2=2.514 (P=0.027<0.05) to have the difference.3.Control group II+ID genotype back strength tests the value is 56.24±14.58, DD the genotype back strength tests value is 57.08±13.6, P>0.05, two group of genotype back strength test does not have the obvious difference.4.Athlete group II+ID genotype back strength tests the value is 84.55±20.20, DD the genotype back strength tests value for 100.00±22.42, P>0.05, two group of genotype back strength test does not have the obvious difference. 5.Athlete group back strength value is 88.67±21.57 ,the control group back strength value is 56.60±13.93,P<0.01, thought that two numbers of classes occupy the obvious difference.Conclusions:1.The speed skating athlete ACE gene frequency distribution meets the genetic equilibrium requirements, trying person have the community representation.2.The athlete group D allele frequency is lower than the ordinary crowd, I allele occupies the leadership in the endurance speed skating athlete.3.Athlete group and the control group gene frequency has difference, ACE the gene I/D polymorphism may take one of endurance speed skating movement selection witness marks.4.The athlete II+ID genotype back strength test value and the DD genotype back strength test value examination does not have the remarkable difference (P>0.05), the athlete back strength to increase does not have the relations with the genotype.
