Research On The Development And Utilization Of Sports Center Stadiums After The Fourteenth Provincial Games In Qujing City, Yunnan Province

In recent years,under the background of rapid economic and social development in China,the sports industry has ushered in a national era.As the basic hardware facilities of sports development,stadiums and gymnasiums have been promoted and developed.To a certain extent,a sunrise industry with great potential has been formed.However,this sunrise industry has also brought us a lot of confusion about how to effectively improve the level of operation and management,and do a good job of development and utilization.It has become a problem to be solved urgently in China's sports venues,especially in large-scale sports venues.Here,Qujing City,Yunnan Province,can not avoid vulgarity.This article aims at the sports center of Yunnan Qujing City Culture and Sports Park through the adjustment of the sports center of the cultural and sports park in Qujing City,Yunnan Province.This paper analyzes and studies the development and utilization of the methods of consulting,literature,case study and inductive analysis after the 14 th Provincial Sports Conference of Yunnan Province,and draws the following conclusions:In the past,Qujing City,Yunnan Province,the sports center of cultural and sports park has made certain achievements in six aspects,such as match hosting,service to the people,international exchange,integration and development,construction of plateau sports comprehensive training base,investment and financing,etc.At the same time,there are three major problems:1.The problems in Design and Construction of Sports Center :first,the choice of land use is more remote;second,the public transport is not developed;third,the function of the facilities is not comprehensive enough;fourth,the scale of the stadium construction is slightly larger;Fifth,the problem of environmental protection and energy conservation is not considered,energy consumption is greater.2.The problems in the operation of sports center: first,Qujing sports industry is relatively low;second,the level of capital operation needs to be improved;third,the degree of social openness still has a lot of room to improve;fourth,the combination of development has not really formed the characteristics;Fifth,the management level is difficult to adapt to the current situation.3.The problems in the utilization of intangible assets in sports center: first,the cultural consciousness,the brand consciousness is also deficient;second,the advertisement propaganda is not used effectively;third,the derivative operation lacks the deep digging and the development;Fourth,the surrounding business development did not appear obvious progress and gratifying effect.In view of the existing problems,it is recommended that improvements be made in the following six areas:1.Inject the idea of environmental protection and improve the construction of internal and external facilities2.Grasp the basic conditions,and focus on the development of competitive sports and national fitness activities3.Strengthen the consciousness of innovation and focus on the integration and development of various forms of business.4.Combine the cultural construction,exert great efforts to expand the intangible assets5.Make good use of the policy and make great efforts to expand the channels of funds6.Pay attention to the construction of talents and make great efforts to build the operation elite team...
