Research On The Development And Utilization Of The Stadiums Of The 7th CISM Military World Games

The7th CISM Military World Games was held in Wuhan,China in from October 18 to 27,2019.The chairman of the Central Military Commission,and the people's governments of Wuhan City,Hubei Province,more than 10 billion yuan has been invested in the maintenance,renovation,new construction and temporary construction of 35 venues,including 33 competition venues.These venues are various and complex in nature,which also leads to the increase of post competition utilization of these venues.Based on the local objective reality,it is an important issue to explore the function and value of the venue itself,improve the utilization rate after the competition,and give full play to its social and economic benefits.The use of venues after the Games is a historical problem.How to make the venues play the role of creating the maximum use value after the games,and better serve the society and the masses.In this study,the author hopes to put forward some suggestions and prospects for the development and use of venues after the games.Therefore,this study uses the methods of literature,comparative analysis and field investigation to study the development and utilization of the venues of the The7 th CISM Military World Games.The first part analyzes the situation of The7 th CISM Military World Games venues from the aspects of regional distribution,characteristics of venues,operation status of venues under different classifications and problems in the process of venue operation after the games;the second part analyzes the The7 th CISM Military World Games from the aspects of upgrading hardware and software,expansion and appreciation of intangible assets,optimization of external environment and expansion of activity groups The third part classifies the venues of the military games through the situation of the venue operation and the management body,looking for the common characteristics and successful operation experience of the similar venues after the games,providing the objective theoretical basis and reference for the Countermeasures of the development and utilization of the venues of the The7 th CISM Military World Games,and analyzing the military games venues under different classifications The development and utilization of the museum.In this paper,the operation of the venues of the The7 th CISM Military World Games and the development and utilization after the games are studied.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The competition venues of The7 th CISM Military World Games can be divided into three categories: University Stadium,comprehensive stadium and private stadium,which make full use of the existing stadiums and gymnasiums,most of which are university gymnasiums.Many of the existing stadiums and gymnasiums have been renovated,and the number and investment of new stadiums and gymnasiums are small.2.The7 th CISM Military World Gamess has brought great improvement to the sports venues.The hardware and software facilities of various sports venues have been upgraded.Many old venues have been renovated after maintenance.The strong communication ability of the military games makes these venues known to all,and more groups carry out fitness exercises in these venues after the games.3.The main problem of the comprehensive venues is that the idle time is too long and the resources cannot be used effectively.This requires that venues actively undertake various large-scale events or entertainment activities to improve the utilization rate of venues.4.The main problem of University venues lies in the contradiction between teaching time and opening time.The economic benefits of venues are low,which can not make up for the daily maintenance costs of venues.This requires the development of University venues to develop a set of reasonable operation mode,on the basis of ensuring the teaching and training of students,to open the venues reasonably to the outside world.5.The main problem of private venues is the cost of operation.Because private venues are not like other venues that are funded by the government,they do not have the characteristics of "public welfare" and "profitability".They can develop the naming right of these venues,which will be one of the main sources of venue profitability.We will improve the hardware and software facilities of the venues,actively undertake various recreational activities,and build a business cluster centered on the venues,bringing economic and social benefits to the venues.
