Confucian Thoughts On Self-cultivation And Its Enlightenment To Moral Education Workers In Colleges And Universities

"Self-cultivation is the core" is the core spirit and fundamental spirit of Confucianism.The Confucian thought of body repair became the orthodox thought of the Chinese nation from the period of the Western Han Dynasty.Until today it still occupied the status of the mainstream values of the society,and became the ideological standard of the emperors and aristocrats in every dynasty of our country,which were advocated by the literati and the civilians to restrain their own words and deeds.Until today,the socialist modernization and the building of a well-off society are still deeply rooted in the hearts of the Chinese people,rooted in the fertile soil of the Chinese nation of nine million and six hundred thousand square kilometres,and has become a powerful spiritual power for national cohesion and national unity.Carrying forward the traditional culture of the Chinese nation and building the spiritual home shared by mankind is inseparable from the unremitting efforts of generations and grandchildren.The young people are the mainstay and main force of our country's socialist modernization.The moral educators in Colleges and universities bear the important task of cultivating the young people,the socialist builders and successors in our country.Therefore,we must strengthen the self-cultivat ion of the moral educators in Colleges and universities.This article mainly discusses the following four aspects.The first part is an overview of the Confucian thought of body repair.This part mainly introduces the connotation of Confucian self-cultivation thought,the goal of self-cultivation and the typical way of self cultivation.First of all,there is a concise generalization and understanding of Confucian self cultivation from macroscopic aspect.The second part discusses the significance of moral education in Colleges and universities to learn Confucianism.This part focuses on the subject of moral education workers in Colleges and universities,and introduces the positive role of the moral educators in Colleges and universities to learn the social role of their own,the correct understanding of the existing problems in the current moral education and the improvement of their moral qualities.The third part explains the Enlightenment of Confucian Moral Cultivation on moral educators in Colleges and universities.According to their own social practice,the Confucian sages put forward the basic pattern and basic methods for the cultivation of the body and mind,which still have the guiding significance for the socialist construction of our country today.The aim of studying Confucianism is not only to look back on history,but also to find clues to the Chinese dream of realizing the prosperity of the country,the rejuvenation of the nation,the happiness of the people,and the concrete ways to enhance the national quality and strengthen the soft strength of our country.
