Class control of middle school teachers is a special means of classroom management. Also is an important of classroom teaching. In the classroom teaching management, control of teachers is significant. There is a close relationship between class and society. That is, class belongs to the "society", which is a miniature society. Therefore, this article chooses to analysis the teacher control in class in the respective of society. The class control of teachers which mentioned in the article is a new type of class control. Class control of teachers refers to, in order to achieve the goal of teaching, teachers guide, constraint and adjust the behaviors of students. The article defines the control, social control, class management, and class control of teachers. The author presents her readers with real class control of teachers. Starting from the atmosphere of class, the author shows that the atmosphere in the middle school is not so active as the atmosphere in the primary school. There are there ways in the class control of teachers in the middle school:control the class content; control the progress and rhythm of the class; control the teaching activities of the class; choose the way to control; deprive discourse right of students. Facing to the control of teaching, students do tend to act three reactions: obedience, resistance, consultation. The author analyses the class control of teachers, which bases on the theory of society control. According to the theory of society of control, the control of teachers in the middle school has three forms:discipline, control of knowledge, discourse control. Whatever the form is, they usually have its own theory as the foundation, and has its own different performance. In addition, the author analyses the social roles of teachers and students, the two important factors which affect the class control of teachers. In the last part, the author presents her readers with an ideal class control of teachers. Class control in the middle school, should take the harmonious relationship between teachers and students as the protection of the environment; should control the wrong behavior in class as the focus of class control; should cultivate students’ ability of self control as an important goal; should take appropriate and diverse control mode; should make the class control within the effective and appropriate range. And eventually, class control should be an art which contains beauty and a unique artistic creation. Therefore, teacher class is necessary being, only need we treat it rationally and based on the new curriculum reform.
