The 400-meter race is one of the more difficult and difficult-to-learn items recognized in the track and field events.It requires a more comprehensive physical fitness.Speed endurance is the basis of the 400-meter race and has an important impact on athletes' achievement.This article uses literature,interviews,logic analysis,tracking records,experimental testing,mathematical statistics and other research methods.The author,as an assistant coach,analyzes and studies the speed endurance training during the winter training of five excellent men's athletes of Chengdu Athletics College's track and field team.In order to improve the athlete's speed endurance ability,the results of the 400-meter race,the Chengdu Athletics College's track and field team has established a good foundation for participating in the 2018 competition.It provides some reference and reference for the endurance training of 400-meter running speed in China.This article proposes the following conclusions in the study:1.The speed endurance training of the 400 m runners is divided into general speed endurance training and special speed endurance training.The general speed endurance training has increased the combination of rope ladder run and jump exercises and resistance under the conditions of retaining the ladder run and bar frame combination practice methods.New methods such as bliming exercises;special speed endurance training,which maintains variable speed running and repeated running,increases the number of intermittent running,increasing and decreasing distance running,etc.at different distances.In addition to speed endurance training,400-meter race-related speed,strength,and endurance training are also performed.2.Based on the winter speed endurance training characteristics of the men's 400-meter race,the winter training schedules for the athletes are as follows: General speed endurance training exercises are performed at a load intensity of 75%-85%,5 times per week,and 4 groups of exercises are arranged at a time.Each group of training interval rest time is 3-5 minutes;special speed endurance training means 4 times a week,the training load intensity is 75%-90%,and the number of training training groups is 4-1 groups.Intermittent rest time is 5-10 minutes.3.The weight of the five men's 400-meter runners increases with height,and they are proportional to each other.Five athletes have a body fat percentage of less than 20 and a body mass index of between 21 and 23,indicating their body fat.Percentage and body mass index were normal,and body composition assessment was normal.On the whole,the body composition of the five men's athletes did not change much before and after the winter training.4.In the special speed endurance test before and after the winter training of the athletes,the 200 m,300m,and 400 m after the 200 m winter training had very significant differences before and after the winter training,there was no significant difference in the 200 m before the 400 m run,and the special speed endurance of the 400 m was obtained during the winter training.Significantly improved,with significant difference and significant difference in the comparison T test before and after the winter training of 400 m,500m and 600 m.It shows that during the special speed endurance training in winter,the 400-meter men's special speed endurance has been significantly improved.5.The test data of athletes skipping ropes,sit-ups,throwing shots,weight-bearing leg lifts,and pitch-turning-backs have significant differences and very significant differences in the T-test before and after the winter training,indicating that the men's 400-meter runner During the winter training,the athlete's lung capacity increased significantly,and the pitch variation back run and level jump improved.The 400-meter runner's general speed endurance training achieved significant results.The speed,strength,and endurance of the five 400-meter runners have also improved.Suggest:1.Accelerate the construction of a training evaluation and diagnosis system for elite 400-meter Chinese male athletes,and provide scientific and effective theoretical reference and basis for men's 400-meter runners.2.Introduce and design domestic and foreign advanced technologies and related equipment for 400-meter race training,formulate scientific and reasonable training plans,and adopt various training methods to achieve better training results.3.While strengthening the 400-meter speed endurance training,it also focuses on the balanced development of speed endurance training and speed training,strength training,and endurance training.At the same time,it emphasizes the all-round development of physical,mental,technical,tactical,and intelligent 400-meter running.4.Make full use of the resources advantages of colleges and universities to provide athletes with a superior living and training environment.5.Coaches should pay attention to the training of athletes' personality and pay attention to the comprehensive development of athletes.
