Latin dance is a kind of sports dance.For children Latin dance practitioners,speed endurance quality is a very important quality in physical factors.A good speed endurance can enable practitioners to complete high-intensity,high load Latin dance competition,and show beautiful dancing posture,so as to obtain excellent results in the competition.As the reserve force of our country's Latin dance force,it is necessary for Latin dance practitioners aged 7-12 to use correct and effective methods to train in the stage of children aged 7-12.In this study,30 Latin dancers(n = 30,mean age = 9.9)in the experimental group and 30 Latin dancers(n = 30)in the control group were selected The average age = 10.1 years)was trained for 4 weeks in speed endurance training and routine training respectively.Before the training,the basic information such as the age,height,weight and training years of the testers were collected,and the speed endurance test indexes and competition results of Latin dance before and after the training were compared and analyzed in order to improve the speed endurance training by 7-12 The results of Latin dancers at the age of 20 provide reference.The conclusions are as follows:(1)After four weeks of training speed endurance training,the heart rate of the experimental group has a significant change.There is a significant difference between the heart rate after the end of three dances and the heart rate index after one minute recovery,indicating that the training has a very significant impact on the heart rate,especially after the end of high-intensity dance exercise,the heart load is much smaller than before the start of training,which causes the heart rate to drop gradually Low.(2)Before and after the experiment,there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the ordinary group in 400 m running performance index,and before and after the experiment,there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the ordinary group in 1min jump performance index.It shows that the design of training content has a certain effect on the speed endurance of Latin dancers,and the training content and method of experimental design has a certain effect.(3)After the training,the competition results of the experimental group were better than that of the control group.It shows that improving the level of specific speed endurance of Latin dancers aged 7-12 is helpful to improve their performance.(4)In the process of experiment implementation,it is found that the scientific training content,the proper guarantee of training time and other factors will affect the special quality level of speed and endurance of young dancers,which is one of the important factors affecting Latin dancers aged 7-12.Latin dance is a kind of sports dance.For children Latin dance practitioners,speed and endurance quality are very importantin physical fitness.Good speed and endurance can enable the practitioners to complete high-intensity,high load Latin dance competition,and show beautiful dancing posture.As the main reserve force of Latin dance in China,it is necessary for Latin dancers aged7-12 to use correct and effective methods to train in this stage.In this study,30 Latin dance practitioners(n = 30,mean age = 9.9)and control group(n = 30 Average age =10.1 years)to study the speed endurance quality,collect and analyze the basic information such as the age,height,weight and training years of the testers,select the speed endurance test indicators of Latin dance,formulate the speed endurance training content,and provide reference for improving the speed endurance quality of Latin dance practitioners aged 7-12 years.
