The children intelligence spectrum scheme driven source of development weak intelligence in the United States,its core idea is multi-dimensional multi-level for children to construct "bypass" scheme,using the advantages of intelligent children driven by weak intelligence development,promote the coordinated development of the various abilities in different fields.Preschool stage is a critical period for children's ability development.Education has great plasticity,but the speed and level of children's ability development is not equal.It has certain ability development deviation.But the current social development and the characteristics of the times requires education to promote the development of children,to cultivate all-round development of talents,so this research as a starting point,to drive the development of young children to the United States with weak intelligence spectrum scheme in intelligence "bypass" scheme for theoretical support,by the method of case study to verify the advantages of children intelligent driving the educational value of weak intelligence development.This study uses the teacher nomination,interview and observation methods to select two children as the object of this study.The first case is A Tong,whose superiority intelligence is motion intelligence,which has strong athletic talent,while its mathematical intelligence shows obvious lag,and the development of digital concept and digital computing ability is slow.Case two,Xuan Xuan,the advantage of smart painting is intelligent,compared to the same age children's painting has been very mature,its weak intelligence is lack of language skills,language expression desire,lack of vocabulary,sentence structure expression is not complete,and in the teaching activities to effectively answer the teachers' questions.This study is based on the ability development characteristics of two cases of children,teachers and parents in the interview and on the basis of children's observation on the analysis of the reasons for the difference of ability development of children two cases,the reasons for the develop training program of appropriate family,kindergarten,and made a case for10 weeks of training.The results showed that the disadvantaged intelligence of the two cases had been developed to a certain extent compared to that before the training.A case of a pupil has mastered the digital concept within 20,and co operation independently,and less than 5 points off the.Case two Xuan Xuan gradually talks with others in interpersonal communication,actively expresses ideas,can play role with others and talk with people naturelly.Based on the above training results,the researchers further put forward educational proposals for the development of children's superior intelligence to promote the development of disadvantaged intelligence.In kindergarten education,preschool teachers should take an active interest in children's development needs,respect children's individual differences,and actively build a bridging program.In the family education,parents should actively create a warm family atmosphere to meet the needs of children's ability to develop at different levels.
