| During the 21 century, with the coming information age, more and more modern information technology has been entered and effected the development of Sports. There must be"Information Warfare"and"Intelligence Warfare"before the modern Basketball Match. The intelligence information is abundant before a big event, part of them are actual and objective while others are false and subjective. So the match team should use the scientific method to collect the intelligence information broadly, to eliminate the false and retain the truth, analyze the intelligence information from the outside to the inside. Then they can acquaintance the competitors well to insure the match prepared amply.To construct a complementary Basketball Intelligence System is necessary for the development of Basketball Match. And just construct an effective Basketball Intelligence System is not enough. The match team needs to control, manage, utilize the intelligence rationally to improve their competitive advantages, to make the intelligence playing the important role in athletic sports.The paper applied literature investigation, questionnaire surveyed, specialist interviewing, logic analysis, network surveyed and other method to get the conclusion hereinafter:(1) The Basketball Intelligence System can be divided into three parts: Basketball Intelligence Collection Subsystem, Basketball Intelligence Disposal and Analyze System, Basketball Intelligence Service Subsystem.(2) The anti-competitive intelligence work and the intelligence protective work should not be separated. The anti-competitive intelligence work should be a strategy work which should be take actively but not passive defense only(3) In the analysis of Basketball Intelligence, the most important preparation work is to insure the quality of intelligence by discriminate and evaluate control. This is also the important precondition to insure the quality of Basketball Intelligence, also for the accuracy of decision-making.(4) To insure the Basketball Intelligence System develop sound and rapid, it must be restricted by law.(5) The construction of Basketball Intelligence System in our country can make the basketball of China developing rapidly during the information age.According to the research on the construction of Chinese Basketball Intelligence System, to rise some advise hereinafter:(1) During the construction and application of our country Basketball Intelligence System, the intelligence staff should concern the relative policies in intelligence area. The Basketball Intelligence should not only be controlled by national intelligence policy and message strategy, but also depended on the intelligence legislation and management mode in a certain circumstance.(2) The construction of Basketball Intelligence System in our country should reference the advanced project and successful experience from other foreign countries.(3) The construction of Basketball Intelligence System needs multi-disciplinary and extensive technology, so the managers must improve their own ability constantly.(4) During the usage of Basketball Intelligence System, we should construct the corresponding assessment system, in order to consummate the development Basketball Intelligence System. |
