Nowadays,college students' psychological health education has become an increasingly prominent issue in the management of higher education.According to the previous survey statistics by Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention,More than a quarter of college students have more or less psychological disorders.Psychological Advisory Committee for College Students of Chinese Association for Mental Health also found that nearly 40% of college students have symptoms of psychological problems.There is a national survey showing that 50% of college students are in unhealthy or sub-healthy state.While online survey conducted by China Campus and its network suggest that 66% of students think they occasionally have psychological problems.Therefore,it is a must to carry out psychological health education in colleges and universities.As for theses about college students' psychological health education,they mainly focus on the existing problems and improved methods in psychological health education.The current problems primarily center on some similar aspects.Firstly,colleges attach great importance on intellectual education ranther than moral education so that they overlook the psychological development of students.Then,people give priority to treatments instead of prevention.In other words,the treatment of psychological problems have become the only thing they know about psychological health education.It causes teachers to ignore most students' need of psychological health education guidance.Besides,Psychological health education in colleges is lack of high qualified teachers.Concerning these issues,we put forward some solutions,like strenthening the awareness of psychological health education in colleges and regarding it as the foundation of all education,checking erroneous ideas at the outset and doing propaganda work at ordinary times in order to help students form a right altitude toward psychological health education,and improving teachers' specialty level,arranging them to corresponding professional posts,as well as establishing a robust job system and evaluation system,etc.Based on a comprehensive analysis of current research,this thesis takes L University as an example to probe deeply into the existing problems and the reasons for the current psychological health education management in L University,and create a clearer and more reasonable psychological health education management system in colleges.It includes management system,management mechanism,evaluation system,structure system,operation system,plan system,target system,process system and assessment system,which present by managers,educators and learners.It aims at promoting and affecting the operation of the psychological health education in colleges in a more scientific,effective,standardized and orderly way.The innovation of this thesis are the attemptation in designing the system frame flowchart as guidance,the technical means as reference and operation steps as popularization for the same sort of colleges from the perspective of colleges,apart from the government level like other authors.
