Construction And Analysis Of Teaching Material Management System In Agricultural And Forestry Colleges And Universities

In today's rapid development of information,information technology is playing an increasingly important role.The traditional method of textbook management is to manually carry out statistics,accounting and distribution of textbooks.With the development of agricultural and forestry colleges,the number of specialties has increased,the scale of work has been continuously expanded,and the traditional office methods have been unable to meet the daily work needs of schools.It is prone to errors and time-consuming and laborious,and office efficiency cannot be guaranteed.Therefore,it is imperative to develop a teaching material management system that suits the characteristics of the school.This dissertation starts from the specific needs of teaching materials management in agriculture and forestry colleges and realizes the design of teaching material management system.The research background,research significance,needs analysis and development environment of the system are introduced in detail.The system is designed to realize the automation of teaching materials and improve office efficiency.It is designed based on the B/S architecture under the WEB form,and uses the existing development software to develop the foreground and background.Use FineReport as the front-end report design tool and use SQL Server database for development.Understand the individual requirements of the school,from the roles of administrators,colleges,students,etc.,fully understand the needs of each role,and build a data decision analysis system.Then the system construction method is elaborated from the aspects of system analysis and system detailed design.According to the business process of textbook management,we start from the system function and design each module.The system mainly includes student user module,administrator user module,class administrator user module,etc.Each module can meet the needs of different roles of the system.Realize the functions of modifying,adding,deleting,and querying the teaching materials.The realization of the last management system shows that the whole system can run normally,realizes the basic needs of school textbook management,the system interface is friendly,easy to use,and meets the purpose and requirements of system development.After testing,it is based on practical application and meets the requirements of safety,which proves that the system can be put into use.
