Personality trait refers to the behavior tendency and special reaction mode under certain environment,and it is the behavior stereotype of personality.Personality traits are influenced by ideology,moral character,knowledge ability and psychological quality,so each person's personality is different.Personality traits can affect the way of one's lives and works,especially for this special group of teachers,the importance of their own personality is self-evident.Teachers' good personality traits is an important guarantee for students' growth,the highest level of self development and perfection,but also the social progress of the value scale.This study combines the theory with practice of Pedagogy and Psycholog,exploring the development level of personality traits of excellent teachers in primary and middle schools,clarify the real performance of excellent teachers' personality traits in classroom teaching,educational life and social interaction.Surveys show: The personality traits of excellent teachers in middle and primary schools are on the middle level,and the overall level is higher than that of general teachers;There are significant gender differences in the emotional stability and the personality dimensions of the responsibility dimension of the excellent teachers,the scores of emotional stability of male teachers were significantly higher than those of female teachers,the scores of female teachers in the dimension of responsibility were significantly higher than those of male teachers;Excellent teachers did not show significant differences in age and teaching age at the level of personality traits.The open personality traits of excellent teachers in primary and secondary schools show significant differences in teaching subjects,The scores of art teachers in this personality dimension are significantly higher than those of liberal arts and science teachers.In addition,The survey found that art teachers scored the lowest in the emotional stability personality dimension,this shows that art teachers are most emotionally stable.There is no significant difference in professional personality between excellent teachers in primary and secondary schools,but there is a positive correlation between job title and emotional stability personality dimension.Study uses discourse analysis theory,by extracting key words about personality traits that appear in the course of interviews with teachers,presents the social representation of the personality characteristics of the outstanding teachers in primary and secondary schools.It is embodied in five aspects,that is,teacher's emotional expression,teacher's extroverted character,the open-mindedness of teachers,the pleasant characteristic of the teachers,the responsibility ethics of the teachers.Through the investigation and analysis of personality characteristics of excellent teachers inprimary and secondary schools,it is not difficult to find that the molding and perfection of teachers' personality traits is a complex content,a complex process that is subject to a variety of factors.But that doesn't mean we should think it often,it doesn't mean we can't do anything about it,because personality has both stability and plasticity.The shaping and perfection of teachers' personality should follow the principles of coordination,difference,demonstration and continuity.Specifically speaking,The shaping of teachers' personality should first internalize the objective requirements of society into the individual consciousness of teachers,then,the individual subjective consciousness is changed into the behavior habit of educational practice,after that,we should accept the test and evaluation of social practice,after many feedback adjustments,constantly improve individual subjective factors,finally,achieve the purpose of shaping the personality of teachers.Based on the perfect process of teacher's personality,this study gives the optimization suggestions of teacher's personality from four aspects:Strengthen teachers' consciousness,Clear the direction of shaping,Create external environment,and Devote themselves to educational practice.
