In the 21 st century,the competition of enterprises is more talent competition.As the sunrise and green industry in the tertiary industry,tourism is one of the most important industries in the world,which needs more and more suitable high-quality talents to lead the tourism industry to a higher level.The secondary vocational school is different from the university.It trains high-quality workers and skilled talents with comprehensive professional ability who develop in an all-round way in morality,intelligence,physique and beauty.Students can engage in the first-line work of production and service,while the secondary vocational students of tourism major may become the employees of the tourism industry after graduation.However,in the face of higher standards in the tourism industry,many secondary vocational tourism students are not satisfied with their current education background,and want to continue to learn to enrich and improve themselves after graduation;the national innovation and entrepreneurship education also makes secondary vocational students have a more choice for graduation.The choice of a student's graduation destination is not only a choice for students to get a job,study or start a business,but also a reflection and extension of personal personality.According to the job-matching theory,if a student's personality traits match their graduation destination,their self-worth will be better realized.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore how the personality traits of secondary vocational tourism students affect their choice of graduation destination under the promotion of self-efficacy.Based on a large number of relevant literature,this paper defines the core variables and theoretical basis of this study,and constructs seven models of different personality traits,self-efficacy and graduation destination selection based on the theory of "cognition emotion intention" relationship,and puts forward research hypotheses.Using the Chinese Personality Adjective rating scale and general self-efficacy scale,after communicating with the tourism professional teachers of secondary vocational schools and the managers of the tourism industry,employment,promotion and entrepreneurship are added to the choice of students' Graduationdestination.Three secondary vocational school students in Shandong Province are selected to issue questionnaires to obtain basic data.Spss24.0 software was used to analyze the scientificity of sample distribution and to extract seven personality factors: smart and capable,rigorous and stable,kind and friendly,docile and easy-going,indifferent and honest,extroverted and active,enthusiastic and forthright;Amos24.0 was used to verify that the conceptual model met the standard,and then binary logistics regression was used to analyze the specific impact of seven personality traits on the choice of graduation destination,the results showed that(1)smart and capable,rigorous and self-made,and extroverted and active personality all had significant positive effects on the choice of graduation destination,and self-efficacy played a part of the intermediary role;while docile and easygoing,indifferent and honest,kind and friendly,and warm and forthright personality had no significant effects on the choice of graduation destination,but self-efficacy played a role in the choice of graduation destination My sense of efficacy plays a role of complete intermediary;(2)smart and capable,rigorous and self-made,kind and friendly,outgoing and lively personality has a significant positive impact on employment choice;rigorous and self-made,docile and easygoing,indifferent and honest personality has a significant positive impact on enrollment choice;smart and capable,rigorous and self-made,outgoing and active,enthusiastic and straightforward personality has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurship choice.On this basis,the paper also analyzes the statistical differences of personality traits,self-efficacy and the choice of graduation destination among the students majoring in tourism in secondary vocational school.It is found that the scores of female students are significantly higher than male students in rigorous self-control and docile and easygoing personality traits;the students in the first grade of secondary vocational school are more enthusiastic,active and cheerful than those in the second and third grade;the scores of male students' self-efficacy are general More than girls.Finally,on the basis of the results of the study,some suggestions are put forward:(1)to fully understand their own personality traits and make a reasonable graduation plan;(2)to improve their self-efficacy level and guide their overall growth;(3)to develop school-based courses related to psychology to help them understand their personality traits;(4)toattach importance to career development planning and guide them to formulate development direction and goals;(5)should strengthen the education of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,cultivate students' innovative ideas and entrepreneurial ability;(6)understand the needs of enterprises and improve the matching degree between people and posts;(7)strengthen the cooperation between schools and enterprises to help students understand the tourism related industries correctly.
