The teaching of picture books has become a hot topic in recent years.More and more picture books are used in the teaching activities in various fields of kindergartens.The picture books containing mathematical concepts have gradually become the carrier of the teachers' collective teaching activities.The study is aim to explore the practice of the picture book applying to mathematics collective teaching activities in kindergarten through the reflection and action cycle in the course of action research,so as to understand the influence of the mathematics picture books on children,analyze the tactics of the picture books in the mathematics collective teaching activities in the kindergarten,and provide the feasible teaching advice and guiding strategies for the first-line teachers to carry out this kind of teaching..The object of this study is the children in two public kindergartens of Songjiang District,Shanghai,one of which is an experimental class and the other one is a control class.The control class carries out the routine mathematical activities under the theme background,while the experimental class is divided into two groups,including four mathematical core concepts,including the set and pattern,the number concept and operation,the figure and space,the comparison and the measurement and so on,and choose the eight books to carry out the collective teaching activity.Through the action research process of the four action big cycle and the eight action small cycle,the research conclusion is obtained based on the research questions.The results show that the use of picture books in the kindergarten mathematics collective teaching activities is quite effective,and the development level of mathematics cognition and mathematics interest of children are obviously improved.The effective application of the picture book to the middle class mathematics collective teaching activities should start with three aspects:the selection of picture book,the design of picture book teaching and the implementation of the teaching of picture books.First,the selection of mathematical picture books,not only conforms to the goal of mathematics cognition development of the middle children and the core experience of mathematics learning and development,but also conforms to the standards and requirements of the excellent picture books;secondly,in the design of Picture Book Teaching The following four points are as follows:one is to select and process the content of the picture book in accordance with the needs of the activities.The second is to adapt the picture of the picture according to the core experience of the children's mathematics learning and development.The third is to provide appropriate active materials according to the development level of the children,and the fourth is to set up a variety of extension activities according to the needs of the activities;finally,it can be used in the implementation of the picture book teaching.This story introduces and develops the extension activities.It can also use the picture book story as the early experience and expand the mathematical concept.It can also carry the picture story through the whole activity,and the activity is carried out with the development of the plot.In addition,in the specific implementation process,teachers can use critical questions or critical pictures to help children understand core experience.Based on the conclusions of the study,this paper puts forward the following suggestions:first of all,the kindergarten should pay attention to the important value of the picture books in the kindergarten mathematics teaching activities,provide theoretical and technical support for the teachers to carry out the teaching activities of mathematical picture books,and strengthen the cooperation between home and kingdergarten.Secondly,the kindergarten teachers themselves should improve the ability to interpret the core mathematical experience contained in the picture books and strive to improve their ability.We use picture books to carry out the professional ability of mathematics collective teaching activities.
