Research On The Construction Of Excellent Style Of Study Of Uyghur College Students In Shandong Universities

The construction of the style of study is an important part of the education management of college students.It is the concentration of the spirit of the University,the essential requirement of teaching and educating people,and the essence of the establishment and development of the University.With the deepening of the "collaborative plan" and the reality of the expansion of university enrollment,Uighur college students studying in Shandong colleges and universities are increasing.Uygur College Students,as a special group in the University,have different ethnic and cultural characteristics,which have brought some challenges to the education and management of colleges and universities in Shandong.But Uygur culture and Confucian traditional culture have similarities,Uygur students have a strong sense of belonging and desire for knowledge.Therefore,it is feasible and important to build a good study style for Uygur College Students in Shandong colleges and universities,and can provide reference for the research of more ethnic minority education work.The paper mainly discusses the research from the four parts.First,it defines the concept of good academic atmosphere and outlines the relevant theories.The concept is the foundation of research,and the term "study style" has different definitions and extensions from different fields.The article mainly analyzes the definition of the style of study from the three fields of Marx's theory,education and psychology,and expounds the meaning and three specific requirements of the fine style of study in combination with the standard of study issued by the Ministry of education.Secondly,by using the method of questionnaire and interview,the Uygur College Students in several universities in Shandong are selected as the investigation object,and the basic situation of their individual and the basic situation of the study style are investigated and studied.The results show that the Uygur students are different from the Han students in the way of examination,religious belief,high school area,preparatory education and the level of Chinese.It is these characteristics and differences that show that Uygur College Students' overall style of study is relatively good in the investigation of the study style,but there is still a problem of low learning enthusiasm and poor learning effect,deviation of examination style and low campus cultural participation.Third,based on the problems of Uygur College Students and the characteristics of Uygur College Students,the specific reasons are analyzed.Mainly from four aspects of culture,education,school management and social environment,it is found that the thinking mode,life style,religious belief and language system of culture are the main factors that affect the students' interactive learning and the slow social adaptation.The gap between basic education,preparatory education,bilingual education and the degree of parental education ineducation has led to the poor foundation of students in University and no better style of study.In terms of school management,the shortage of Uygur teaching staff,the lack of teaching materials,and the inadequacy of teaching campus services bring some problems of low enthusiasm.In addition,the continuous development of society,social environment to a large extent also affect the Uygur Students' good learning style formation process.Finally,according to the similarities between individual characteristics and Uygur culture and traditional culture,some suggestions are put forward for Uygur Students' fine style of study.On the basis of facing the cultural identity and giving full play to the important role of the Uygur individual,we should strengthen the economic development,improve the quality of education as the motive force,pay attention to the individual difference,improve the school management as the focus,and build a good social environment as the auxiliary mechanism for the construction of the study style.
