Research On The Impact Of College Entrepreneurship System On College Students

With the deepening of the popularization of higher education in China,the number of college graduates is increasing.At present,there are many problems in the employment of college students.The employment rate of students is not high,employment is difficult,and students' employment satisfaction is low.Therefore,our government put forward the idea of "take employment as a starting point to promote employment" to alleviate the problem of College Students' employment.The campus entrepreneurial culture environment can be divided into three aspects of material and cultural environment,institutional culture environment and spiritual culture.This article focuses on the analysis of the culture of entrepreneurship in Colleges and universities,and it mainly discusses the basic situation of college students' entrepreneurship and the related problems from the aspects of encouraging students to start a business.At present,colleges and universities have promulgated some systems to encourage college students to start their own businesses.After the introduction of these systems,the effect is easy to be ignored.Through questionnaire survey of students in a university in Shandong Province and interviews of school related personnel,we can find out the current situation of the students' Entrepreneurship and the problems that they face,and put forward reasonable suggestions for the implementation of college students' entrepreneurship system from the angle of encouraging the students to start a business system in Colleges and universities.Through literature research method,interview method and questionnaire method,the author understands the extent of the university's encouragement and entrepreneurship system,the extent of participation,and colleges and universities to encourage entrepreneurship system to the degree of college students in entrepreneurship statistical analysis,and finally understands the students entrepreneurship status,national and school related business system,and so on to summarize the understanding of entrepreneurship system and participation of the students on the problems,and puts forward reasonable and targeted suggestions for school students to participate in entrepreneurship.
