Study On The Present And Countermeasures Of Sports Clubs Teaching Mode In Private Colleges

The most important thing for school education to establish the teaching concept of health first is to lay a solid foundation for physical education.Physical education teaching can improve students' sports health consciousness,sets up the lifelong sports concept of physical education teaching,so the sports course teaching mode is a far-reaching influence on sports teaching effect,in the sports teaching in colleges and universities to choose teaching mode meets the school's development characteristic,such ability can have good teaching effect.Private colleges and universities are the main part of college education,which can cultivate more and more excellent talents for the society.At the same time,with the development of physical education,the emergence of club teaching mode provides new reform ideas for colleges and universities.Therefore,this paper studies the teaching mode of sports clubs in private universities to understand their teaching dilemma and put forward the resolution mechanism,which lays a theoretical foundation for the promotion of club teaching.The research shows that there are some problems:(1)Teaching objectives are simple,vague,unquantifiable,unworkable,and lack of hierarchical objectives;(2)Teaching contents are limited by hardware facilities and faculty;(3)The teaching methods are outdated and unable to attract students' attention;(4)Teaching activities are organized in a single form and lack of flexibility;(5)The teaching mode is single and fixed;(6)The sports effect is not ideal,unable to cultivate the goal of sports habit,unable to cultivate students' lifelong sports consciousness;(7)Students have low satisfaction with the forms and methods of physical education classes;(8)Limited number of teachers,teaching level,teaching attitude and special ability;(9)Managers are backward in concept and do not attach importance to club teaching mode.It is suggested(1)To set teaching objectives reasonably;(2)Enrich the content of physical education;(3)Diversified teaching methods;(4)To reasonably choose the organizational form of teaching activities;(5)Reasonable choice of teaching mode;(6)Improve the exercise effect;(7)Improve student satisfaction;(8)To improve the faculty;(9)Update the concept of management personnel.
