Recently,in order to carry out the fundamental task of moral education,develop the quality education and promote educational equity,the Ministry of Education revised the standard of mathematics curriculum for ordinary high school and put forward the core literacy of the six major mathematical disciplines,and intuitive imagination is one of them.In this study,for analyzing the intuitive imagination of high school students and their correlation with academic achievement of mathematics,95 senior sophomores and 100 senior junior students in a senior middle school in Nanjing are selected as the research subjects.According to relevant literature,the researcher have compiled the high school students'intuitive imagination test scale,which is used as a tool for measuring their intuitive imagination.The average score of mathematics academic achievement of nearly three times was used as an indicator of their mathematics academic achievement.The results of the study show that:(1)There is no significant difference in the overall level of intuitive imagination among the senior sophomores and senior junior students,and the same is the same for the boys and the girls.(2)There is a significant positive correlation between high school students' intuitive imagination and mathematics academic achievement,and there is a weak positive correlation between each level and mathematics academic achievement.By multiple linear regression analysis,the regression equation between high school students' visual imagination and mathematics academic achievement is Y = 55.623+ 0.534X2+0.655X3,X2 represents two and X3 represents level three.(3)There is a significant difference in intuitive imagination between the excellent mathematics students and students with math difficulties.There is no significant difference in level one.There are significant differences between the two levels and the level three on the two levels.(4)In part,for excellent students,the stronger the intuitive imagination,the higher the academic achievement,which is not absolute.There is a significant positive correlation between the intuitive imagination of the students with math difficulties and the academic achievement of Mathematics.(5)The relationship between intuitive imagination and academic achievement of the senior sophomores.But this is not the case for senior junior students.
