Research On The Family Education Efficacy Of Migrant Children's Parents And Its Influencing Factors

With the accelerating pace of economic reform and construction,the tide of migrant workers in China is constantly surging.The problem of migrant workers'children education is becoming more and more prominent.Family education as the starting point of lifelong education,its quality of education has a profound impact on the future development of children.At present,it is a hot issue in the field of education to pay attention to the disadvantaged groups and the pursuit of equity in education.The situation of family education of the floating population can not be ignored.Therefore,it is very necessary to have a better understanding of current level of parents' sense of family education efficiency and clear the main influencing factors of the premise,in order to use the scientific means and methods of training system to awaken parents' education consciousness and improve the education self-confidence of parents of migrant children's family.The parents of students from grade 1 to 6 have been selected as the main research object from two primary schools of migrant workers' children,A and B.Related knowledge theory with reference to self efficacy.This study used self-compiled questionnaire and interview survey,from six aspects such as"Emotional support" and "Cognitive promotion" and "Behavior formation","Moral cultivation","Social support" and "Health maintenance" to show the parents of migrant children family education efficacy reality.It is found that the level of family education efficacy of migrant children's parents is generally high,and their competency level is high as well.Their dimensions of effectiveness range from high to low in order of "Moral cultivation","Health maintenance","Behavior formation","Social support","Emotional support" and"Cognitive promotion".Self-efficacy theory,reciprocal determinism etc.were used to analyse parenting self-efficacy of migrant children parents and main influencing factors of parenting self-efficacy are as follows:parents sense of the status of family economic status,parents' cultural literacy,family atmosphere,parents' self-learning about family education,external support of parenting education and the influence of parents is the maximum efficiency on their parenting self-efficacy.Based on the above findings,this study puts forward suggestions for improvement from four aspects:family,school,society and nation,in order to better enhance the parenting self-efficacy and parental rearing level of migrant children's parents.
