Sports industry is a kind of "green", "low carbon", "smokeless" industry as one of the emerging sunrise industry in the 21st century. The industry appeared the cluster phenomenon and the trend of the development of the vitality in recent years, the reason is that industrial cluster can produce economies of scale and agglomeration economy, cluster of internal collaboration and transaction cost savings, promote the related industry promote efficiency, collaborative innovation, can greatly promote the competitiveness of the regional industry, in order to strengthen regional economic competitive power. In the context of regional integration, the geographical position is superior, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region full of the rich sports resources, especially the good foundation of sports service industry. The development potential is tremendous, the sports service industry is the core of the sports industry development, the sports service industry and related industry correlation is very strong, and the industrial chain is much longer, this directly determines the suitable for clustering development path. Therefore, this paper studies the sports service industry cluster development problems in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and will have important theoretical value and practical significance.This paper includes five parts:The first part is "Introduction", it mainly discusses the research background and significance of this paper. The related literature were reviewed at home and abroad, on this basis, to put forward the research question, illustrate the research ideas and methods of this article, and the innovation of this article.The second part is about the development of the sports service industry cluster of the qualitative analysis in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Main content includes:firstly defining the sports service industry, service industry cluster, sports service industry cluster development and other related core concepts; Then analyzing the sports service industry cluster development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region; Based on the theory of porter's "Diamond Model",the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region are analyzed the elements of sports service industry cluster development condition, etc.The third part is the quantitative analysis of sports service industry cluster development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Firstly, it introduces the current situation of sports service industry development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Secondly, combining with related data calculate the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, sports service industry cluster as a whole cluster longitudinal analysis needs to choose the different years of indicators, use location quotient of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region sports service industry; At the same time, in order to further understanding the advantages and disadvantages of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region's own development, it needs to select some other typical regions, and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region sports service industry agglomeration level horizontal comparison. Again, the content bases on the theory of "Diamond Model" to select relevant specific indicators, use principal component analysis and factor analysis of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region comprehensive evaluation and analysis on the competitive sports service industry. Quantitative analysis results show that the development of sports service industry as a whole is good, but the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is with the internal unbalanced development in various provinces. Finally, it bases on the cluster analysis, combining with the relevant data in Beijing, the demonstration analysis on the influence factors of sports service industry cluster, analyzing that the factors affect the development of sports service industry cluster, and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region clustering problems existing in the development of sports service industry. The main problems are the large difference of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region sports service industry cluster development, imbalance of industrial structure and industrial agglomeration level is not high.Fourth part is for the first two parts found the conclusion of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, in-depth analysis of its causes.
