With the advancement of technology and the development of the Internet,The functions of smart phones are becoming more and more powerful,and various types of fitness apps are springing up and are popular among university students.Fitness APP is a type of third-party application on smart phones and tablets,which includes functions like specific sports knowledge dissemination and fitness video guidance and so on.It not only meets the basic needs of university students in learning sports knowledge,but also affects their motivation for physical activity,which in turn affects the enthusiasm for physical activity and physical exercise.The research method of this article mainly adopts the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method.This paper investigates the status and use of fitness APP among university students in Shandong Province,analyzes the motivation of university students to use fitness APP to participate in physical exercise,and explores the overall impact of fitness APP on physical exercise motivation of university students in Shandong Province,and fitness APP to Shandong Province.The Influence of Inner and Outer Motivation of University Students' Sports Exercise.On this basis,the countermeasures to improve the sports motivation of university students in Shandong Province under the fitness APP approach are proposed.The findings are as follows:(1)32.5% of the total number of students understand the fitness APP through the social application,in many social applications,48% of the students mainly understand fitness APP through the use of Microblog;45% The university students think that the fitness APP mainly refers to the fitness guidance APP;89% of university students believe that fitness APP is important for themselves.(2)92% of university students use fitness APP to participate in sports;64% of university students mainly use fitness-oriented app;36% of university students mainly use exercise data statistics function of fitness APP;67% of university students continue to use fitness apps for about a year.(3)In the internal motivation of university students to use fitness APP to participate in physical exercise,fun motivation is the most important motivation.In the external motivation of university students using fitness APP to participate in physical exercise,the strong external motivation is institutional motivation.(4)The different cognition of the importance of fitness APP among universitystudents has significant influence on the total value of exercise motivation(0.016?p<0.02;the effect value d belongs to the high-effect scale);and the different cognition of fitness APP function of university students on their motivation The total value had little effect(p>0.05,d is a low-effect scale).(5)The time of university students' use of fitness APP had a significant influence on their internal motivation(0.011?p<0.044;d was a medium-high effect scale).The brand of fitness APP used by university students had almost no effect on their internal motivation(p>0.05,d belongs to the low effect scale).(6)The different cognition of the concept of fitness APP in undergraduates has a significant impact on their external motivation(0.024?p<0.041;d is a measure of medium-high effect);while the perception of fitness APP brand in university students has almost no effect on external motivation.(p>0.05,d is a low effect scale).Suggestions:(1)The fitness app developers and designers can add more interesting fitness games to the new version of the APP,and can also include fun fitness knowledge release functions.This will make university students feel that fitness apps are more interesting.As a result,university students are more willing to actively use the fitness APP to participate in exercise and improve their motivation.(2)Intensify the publicity of fitness apps in colleges and universities,and post posters on fitness apps on supermarkets in colleges and universities;invite fitness APP teams to colleges for publicity;publish bars,forums,QQ groups,and WeChat publicity in colleges and universities The advantages and unique features of APP can help more college students understand the concept of fitness APP and familiarize themselves with fitness apps of different brands.At the same time,they understand the importance of using fitness APP to participate in exercise,which will help college students further deepen themselves.The awareness of fitness APP helps improve the motivation of college students.(3)University teachers can encourage university students to use fitness APP for a long time,and then effectively enhance their motivation.In university physical education classes,physical education teachers can lead college students to use fitness apps.It can also increase the time for university students to use fitness apps and help increase their motivation.
