With the constant penetration of information technology in the field of education,information technology has a very important impact on education,and it is a powerful promote that enables students to change their learning methods,change their teaching methods,improve the quality of education,and deepen education reform.Normal students as future teachers,their informational teaching ability will directly affect the quality of future education.Therefore,in the pre-employment education stage,we must understand the informational teaching ability of normal students and implement good informational teaching ability training for normal students,It is particularly important to meet the requirements of education information,teacher professional development,basic education reform,and the new era of normal students.In this study,380 normal students of Shaanxi Normal University were selected as the research object.Through questionnaires,interviews and other forms,a mixed quantitative and qualitative research method is used to analyze the current situation of normal students' informational teaching ability,and further explore the influencing factors.Finally,based on the existing problems and influencing factors in the status quo,I propose targeted improvement measures.The main research results are:(1)Using the literature analysis method,I combed and analyzed relevant researches on informational teaching ability at home and abroad,grasped the status quo and trends,and defined the core concepts of "informational teaching ability" and"normal student informational teaching ability",differentiate and analyze the concepts of information technology ability,education technology ability and informational teaching ability.(2)With reference to the research results at home and abroad,we compiled the survey questionnaire on informational teaching abilities for normal college students and interview outlines and conducted surveys among normal students in our school.(3)Adopting descriptive statistical analysis methods for the three levels of basic technical literacy(ITA1),technical support learning(ITA2)and technical support teaching(ITA3)for informational teaching ability(ITA)of normal college students,and conscious attitude(CA),technology environment(TE),information responsibility(IR),autonomous learning(AL),communication collaboration(CC),research innovation(RI),resource preparation(RP),process design(PD),and practice reserve(PR)nine two-dimensional dimensions for statistical analysis.(4)Using the independent sample t-test and one-way analysis of variance to analyze the differences in different dimensions of normal students of different genders,grades,and majors.(5)A correlation analysis and a linear regression analysis were conducted on the various dimensions of the informational teaching ability of normal school students and the comprehensive index.It was found that there was a linear relationship between basic technical literacy,technical support learning,technical support teaching and comprehensive index of the informational teaching ability of normal school students.Each dimension has a significant positive predictive function for the composite index(P=0.000,?>0).(6)The influencing factors of normal students' informational teaching ability.Analyzing the questionnaire and interview data to summarize the influencing factors.In this study,we mainly classify them into two categories:individual factors and situational factors.Individual factors include the normal concepts and attitudes of normal students' and participation in teaching practice.Situational factors include the protection of the national policy system,the support of school leaders and the hardware and software environment,teacher demonstration guidance,and technical teacher education courses,which provide the basis for the follow-up measures.(7)The countermeasures for improving normal college students' informational teaching ability.Based on the analysis of literature,status quo,and influencing factors,this paper proposes self-development strategies and environmental support strategies to improve the informational teaching ability of normal college students.
