Higher vocational education as an important part of higher education in China,the quality of training talent is related to the social and economic development of our country and the improvement of comprehensive national strength.Career planning ability as a new era of higher vocational students in one of the core competitiveness for future career development,research the influence factors of students’ career planning ability can complete to perfect our career planning research in the field of theoretical foundation,but also provide a targeted guides based on the problems for higher vocational students’career planning ability development Suggestions.The author divides the structure of vocational students’ career planning ability into three dimensions:career exploration ability,career decision-making ability and career action and monitoring ability.Based on these three dimensions,the author adapts and designs a questionnaire on vocational students’ career planning ability.This article selects the higher vocational college students as subjects,using questionnaire to collect data,then use SPSS24.0 and AMOS24.0 statistics software to describe the questionnaire data statistics analysis,variance analysis,correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis,to explore on the influence factors of students’ career planning ability and development Suggestions.Through the analysis of the data,it is found that:firstly,the overall level of vocational college students’ career planning ability is above the average,and there are differences in their career planning ability or its sub-dimensions in demographic variables such as gender,age,student origin,family economic level and parents’occupation class.Secondly,parents’ career-related behavior,self-efficacy and parents’career-related behavior all have a significant impact on vocational students’ career planning ability.Among them,the sense of self-efficacy,professional values and vocational students’ career planning ability have a significant positive high correlation,parents’ career-related behavior and vocational students’ career planning ability has a significant positive low correlation.Thirdly,the results of multiple linear regression analysis show that vocational values have the strongest influence on vocational students’career planning ability,followed by self-efficacy and parents’ career-related behaviors.Based on the problem orientation,this paper propose 4 ways to improve vocational students’ career planning ability:integrating ideological and political education to establish correct professional values;Build a full-program and customized career planning education system;Make the education scientifically through multiple channels.
