A new wave of artificial intelligence is coming rapidly,which promotes the economy,society,education and other fields accelerated leap to intelligence.The cultivation of new information talents is an important cornerstone of artificial intelligence development and high-end technical talents construction in China.As an institution undertaking the national talent training project,the school must conform to the development of the times,normalize information-based teaching,popularize AI education,and cultivate students’ computer thinking.Normal students are the reserve force of talent team construction in the new era and the seed of instructional reform and development.Their informational teaching ability is the basis of new information talents training.Therefore,the research and evaluation of normal students ’ informational teaching ability is particularly important to promote new artificial intelligence development and education information 2.0 construction.Based on this,the paper use the combination empowerment in game theory to research the core elements,index construction and evaluation of normal students’ informational teaching ability.The main contents are as follows:(1)It summarized the core elements of normal school students’ informational teaching ability.Through literature and content analysis to decompose and compose the normal students’ informational ability.And finally get seven core elements,which are information teaching belief,Information teaching reserve,information learning ability,information teaching integration ability,information teaching design ability,information teaching implementation ability and information teaching evaluation ability.(2)It proposed a set of evaluation index system of normal students’ informational teaching ability.Based on the Standard of Normal Students’ Informational Teaching Ability,through literature analysis and Delphi method,we constructed the evaluation index system of normal students’ informational teaching ability.And using analytic hierarchy process and factor analysis to obtain the subjective data and objective data,based on the game theory to compute the optimal weight coefficients,them vest the combination weight coefficients in every quotas.(3)Empirical research to verify the evaluation index system of normal students’ informational teaching ability.It used C university as an example to conduct an empirical study about the evaluation of normal students’ informational teaching ability.Through analyzing its comprehensive ability level a nd the characteristics of its sub-elements,it was concluded that the main factors were the integration ability of information teaching,the ability of information teaching design,the implementation ability of information teaching and the evaluation ability of information teaching and then put forward some pertinent suggestion for C university.
