Cheerleading is a sport that reflects team spirit and youthful vitality,and is loved by the majority of young people.As a competitive sports event.cheerleading exercises can enhance team cohesion and enrich campus culture.With the continuous improvement of the event system,the level of Cheerleading Competition in China has gradually improved,which also puts forward higher requirements for the physical quality of athletes.As an important part of school physical education,after-school training is not only the direction to achieve the goal of school physical education,but also the important path to cultivate excellent sports reserve talents.Campus cheerleading after-school training has become the main battlefield for the school to cultivate excellent sports reserve talents,but there are some problems in the process of carrying out campus cheerleading after-school training.Clarifying the factors affecting the development of campus cheerleadingafter-school training has become the main current task.Therefore,the research focuses on exploring the influentialfactors of the development of campus cheerleading after-school training,and on this basis,it constructs a reasonable path for the development of campus cheerleading after-school training,which provides a reference for the sustainable development of campus cheerleading in China.The research method uses the Delphi method to build a rigorous and scientific index system of influential factors in the development of school cheerleading after school training.Secondly,it applies the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to give weights to the indicators in the index system.Finally,itprovides an operational path for the development of campus cheerleading after-school training.Analysis conclusion:(1)Using Delphi method,this paper constructs a systematic,comprehensive and operational index system of influencing factors for the development of campus cheerleading after-schooltraining,which includes four indexes of the benchmark level,13 indexes of the factor level and 45 specific indexes of the index level.(2)The application of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to the evaluation of the four indicators of the benchmark layer,according to the importance degree from big to small:School(0.4830),teachers(0.3440),students(0.1101),society(0.0629).School has become an important factor affecting the campus cheerleading after-school training.(3)Using AHP to evaluate the 13 indexes of the factor layer,according to the importance degree,they are:management system(0.3077),teaching level(0.2514),venue equipment(0.1247),teaching motivation(0.0648),training motivation(0.0647),training funds(0.0506),sports level(0.0356),competition environment(0.0342),research and training transformation(0.0279),family environment(0.0170),contradiction between learning and training(0.0098),policy environment(0.0077),others(0.0040).(4)The 45 indexes of the index layer are assigned by AHP.The top 10 indexes are:managementorganization(0.1886),training experience(0.1392),sports experience(0.0670),quality of athletes' students(0.0484),number of professional cheerleaders(0.0484),space of training venues(0.0471),paving of training venues(0.0398),arrangement of complete sets of movements(0.0335),and participation costs(0.0322),glory for the school(0.0275).(5)The development path of campus cheerleading after-school training is to consolidate the core position of "management organization",strengthen the strong grasp of "teaching level",implement the guarantee requirements of "venue equipment" and"training funds",burst out the inexhaustible power of "teaching motivation" and"training motivation",and improve the support ability of "sports level".
