Research On The Effectiveness Of My Country's University Funding Education

Colleges and universities are the cells of society 5 doing a good job of family economic difficulties students in colleges and universities,to combine achieving poverty alleviation with help them building will as well as financial aid with educating them,improving the aid policy system,that can maximizing the aid work in personal education,especially the important role of moral value establishment and people cultivation,which is not only the inherent requirement of development of colleges and universities,but also mean a lot to putting the 19th NPC's spirit,and to achieve the goal of building moderately prosperous society.On the one hand,it is necessary to help students with family financial difficult to successfully enter schools,acquire knowledge,and develop talents to solve financial difficulties.On the other hand,on the basis of solving financial difficulties,we must further to expand the role of "personal education"and integrate them into the concept "moral value establishment and people cultivation",to achieve the effectiveness of moral value establishment and people cultivation.The discussion of the College Students' Aid and Education work aiming at the current colleges and universities funded education issues,and propose corresponding countermeasures,so as to improve the level and ability of College Students' Aid and Education.The paper focuses on the core issue of "funding and educating people in colleges and universities".Firstly,the research expounds background and significance of this issue,and summarize the research status domestic and overseas.The second part of the paper explains College Students' Aid and Education and moral value establishment and people cultivation,and analyzes the theoretical basis for Students' Aid and Education from three aspects:human needs theory,human comprehensive development theory and Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory.At the same time,it elaborates the role of Students'Aid and Education from the aspects of ideological leading,psychological counseling,emotional stimulation,spiritual motivation and character shaping.The third part of the paper clearly clarifies the course of funding development and explored the status of college funding system and the major achievements in funding education.The fourth part analyzes the status and existing problems of currently funding and education work from an empirical perspective,which is mainly manifested in the lack of psychological assistance,highlighting issues of integrity,weak gratitude,limited ability and shrink of educational effect aspects.And analyzes the causes of these problems from the perspective of the incompleteness of the current funding system,the lack of professional staff and the relative weakening of personal education.At the end of the paper,the author puts forward concrete measures to enhance the effectiveness of College Students'Aid and Education work,starting from the aspects of ideological lead,system guarantee,and activity traction,and promote the effective realization of fund-raising education.This paper was carried out through theoretical analysis,interviews,surveys,and empirical analysis.On the basis of reviewing ten years of funded work experience,the paper improved and perfected the content and the system of College Students' Aid and Education.On the basis of analyzing and comparing relevant research results,it has enriched and expanded the research horizon of university-funded education work.On the basis of the unity of rational thinking and practice verification,it has explored and formed improved ideas for enhancing the effectiveness of College Students' Aid and Education.
