Since the 21st century,the enthusiasm of educational evaluation research has been rising rapidly.As an important part of teaching management and the main means of teaching evaluation,student evaluation has become a hot topic in the field of education management in China.Domestic scholars have different opinions on the effectiveness of student evaluation of teaching and whether the results of student evaluation can improve the quality of teaching and promote the development of teachers and students.However,researchers generally agree that students' attitude towards teaching evaluation will affect the effectiveness of students' teaching evaluation.In order to understand the real attitude of students towards teaching evaluation,as well as the influence of students' attitude towards teaching evaluation on the effectiveness of teaching evaluation,this paper makes an empirical study by comprehensive use of literature measurement,questionnaire survey,interview and other methods,and makes an in-depth analysis of the effectiveness of teaching evaluation on students.First,through the descriptive analysis of literature,it is found that the overall attitude of college students towards teaching evaluation is good,and teaching evaluation has a certain effect on both teachers and students,but the effect is not so good.Second,through the analysis of difference test,it is found that there are significant differences in the effectiveness of teaching evaluation among college students in gender,grade and subject categories.Thirdly,through Pearson correlation coefficient test and linear regression analysis,it is found that there is a correlation and influence relationship between students' attitude and effectiveness of teaching evaluation.There is a positive correlation between students' cognition,affective tendency and behavioral intention and the effectiveness of teaching evaluation.Students' cognitive and emotional tendencies have a significant positive impact on the effectiveness of students' teaching evaluation,while there is no significant relationship between students' behavioral intention and the effectiveness of students' teaching evaluation.Finally,based on the above analysis results,the author puts forward the following Suggestions for improving the effectiveness of students' teaching evaluation in colleges and universities.Improve the index system of students' evaluation of teaching,so as to improve the scientificity of college students' evaluation of teaching;To make the best use of the results of students' teaching evaluation;Improve the student evaluation system to standardize the management of student evaluation.
