Research On The Status Quo Of Professional Quality Of College Students Majoring In Physical Education And The Construction Of Training Mode

Evaluating the quality of the college students who are major in physical education is to judge the degree of adaptation to social needs in final analysis.Whether they are adapted to the needs of society,more is reflected in the future work.At present,in the training of education professionals in China,the training of ‘professional quality' related to students' employment is not put in a prominent position.This study takes the education reform as an opportunity and in combination with the growing demand for excellent sports teachers in society,the author puts forward the ‘research on the professional quality present situation and cultivation mode construction of education professional college students'.This study uses the method of documents and materials,questionnaire investigation,expert interview method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other scientific research methods to study the status quo of professional quality of sports education professional college students.By analyzing its shortage to cultivate the students' professional quality and influencing factors,and on the basis of previous studies,combined with domestic and foreign scholars in the area of professional training experience,construct a set of professional students of sports teaching professional quality training mode.The construction of the professional literacy training mode of education professional college students mainly includes five parts: training target,training principle,curriculum setting,evaluation mechanism and guarantee mechanism.The various parts coordinate and interact with each other to form a unified whole.The purpose of this Culture model is to build a three-dimensional culture system which is based on the school culture,the family culture is auxiliary,the social support is the guarantee,the student's self-worth pursues as the power "four-in-one" stereo culture system.It is hoped that this study will provide some theoretical basis for the development of education professional and provide practical basis for the reform of education professional courses,which will help the training of education professionals.
