With the development of society, the quality of education and the further promotion of the deepening of the reform of the physical education curriculum, the construction of the physical education teachers professional quality education department caused a great attention and extensive attention of the whole society, has become a hot research topic in school sports. In order to regulate the professional standards, strengthen the sports teacher professional training, optimizing sports teachers construction, improve the professional quality of PE teachers, this study through the overall level of theoretical analysis and empirical studies, this article attempts to construct our country sports teachers' professional quality structure and evaluation model, and strive to explore the PE teachers' professional quality structure, and the internal connection of PE teachers' professional quality structure system of quantitative evaluation. The research primarily physical education teachers professional quality put forward by coaching concept, structure system of occupational psychological quality, professional knowledge, professional ability quality, professional personality quality five levels (substructure) constitutes. And the measuring questionnaire subsidiary structure research, explorative and confirmatory factor analysis, the concept and connotation and substructure constitute factors validated and analysis, establish the evaluation model; the substructure In analyzing the substructure components is developed on the basis of PE teachers of the whole structure professional quality evaluation index system, overall, system, quantitative analysis of the PE teachers professional quality structure.The first part: the substructure dimension analysis consisting of measurement and models. This study through the questionnaire survey and mathematical analysis, explore the composition of obtains the substructure dimension and path coefficient, coaching concept structure is mainly by the health concepts (0.79), subject concept (0.72), sports concept (three dimensions constitutes 0.77); Professional mentality structure is mainly from self resistance to pressure (0.85), professional motivation (0.69), professional confidence (0.72), ego willpower (53) four dimensions constitutes; Vocational ability mainly by the teaching ability (0.76), organizational ability (0.65), innovation ability (0.61), after school training ability (on average), teaching students according to their aptitude ability (0.72) five dimensions constitutes; Professional personality consists mainly of professional emotional (0.68), professional image (0.64), vocational spirit (0.51), professional behavior (0.76), vocational character (five dimensions constitutes 0.59); Professional knowledge main packet of ontology knowledge, conditional knowledge and practical knowledge.Part 2:PE teachers' professional quality evaluation model of structural system construction and validation:select subjects were adequate investigation data (P.E. teachers from chongqing objects), using statistical techniques, according to the structural equation model principle, the theoretical assumptions evaluation model was verified and analysis, the results show that the model fitting good (model fitting evaluation index X2/df, P, NFI, NFI, CFI and commission cases, the RMSEA GFI, IFI, in order 0.086 1.384, values, 0.964 0.928,0.975,0.893,0.922, 0.031), and it proves the original theory hypothesis (H - H6). Dimensions on structural system of professional quality directly effect exists not well balanced, its path coefficients were 0.31 (coaching concept) 0.37 (professional mentality) 0.78 (vocational ability) 0.56 (professional personality), 0.42 (professional knowledge). Obviously knowable, professional ability of t-s directly to the maximum effect, contribution is highest. Visible PE teachers' professional quality structure is a mutual connection, influence each other, promote each other organic system.Part 3:PE teachers' professional quality structure evaluation index system is determined primarily established:physical education teachers in vocational quality structure, the structure of system of this study level established evaluation index system, its evaluation system consists of five primary index, 22 secondary indexes, 111 level 3 index component, and one, the weight coefficient of secondary index is calculated for objectively evaluate the level of professional quality of PE teachers provides important reference.Finally, the comprehensive analysis of the substructure in concept, dimension, the evaluation index system and evaluation model is constructed, tentatively after China's sports teachers' professional quality structure system, for PE teachers' professional planning and development to provide positive theoretical reference for the related department to make decisions, to provide theoretical basis, for a comprehensive and systematic and reasonably know PE teachers' professional quality structure system provides effective path.
