In this paper,the influence of core strength training on the performance of middle school girls' basketball around the pole and standing long jump is studied.The research methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and experimental methods are used to study 60 female students in junior high school.For the experimental group and the control group,the final data of the experimental group and the control group were statistically calculated and analyzed by formulating different teaching plans and 14-week comparative experiments,aiming to better understand the core strength training methods for the middle school girls basketball winding.The impact of the improved performance of pole running and standing long jump provides a reference for teachers to be more targeted and differentiated in the development of teaching plans,thus helping middle school girls to provide some help in the improvement of the performance of the two projects.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn through the research:1.After the implementation of core strength training,the scores of the experimental group's standing long jumps were significantly improved compared with those before the experiment;after the traditional physical quality teaching,the control group's standing long jump scores were slightly improved compared with before the experiment.2.For the standing long jump project,the improvement rate of the experimental group is greater than that of the control group.Therefore,the role of the core strength training method in teaching is more obvious than that of the conventional teaching method,which is more conducive to improving the performance of junior high school girls.3.Through statistical calculations,the scores of the basketball dribble around the experimental group and the control group are significantly higher than those before the experiment,which proves that the core strength training and the traditional physical quality training improve the performance of the middle school students' basketball dribble.Has a positive effect.4.In terms of horizontal comparison,the scores of the basketball dribble around the pole in the control group using conventional teaching methods increased more,indicating that for the project,not only the core area ability but also the ball sense and basic physical quality should be strengthened.
