With the higher education of our country entering the popularization stage,the quality of higher education has increasingly become a key area of education research.College teachers are the main implementers of higher education,and their teaching ability has a crucial influence on the quality of personnel training in colleges and universities.The structure of university teachers' teaching ability has certain theoretica l and practical significance for the development and perfection of college teachers' professional ability,the selection of outstanding college teachers and the cultivation of teaching ability.The teaching ability of university teachers is the most basic part of teachers' comprehensive literacy.It has a major impact on teaching behavior and teaching quality.Teaching ability constitutes the goal pursuit and important basis for the improveme nt of teaching ability.It is clear that the composition of teaching ability of univers it y teachers is the purpose of research.The basic question that the institute pays attention to is: What teaching capabilities are included in outstanding university teachers? How do each constituent factor construct the teaching ability structure? How to reasonably exert teaching ability in class? Based on the research questions,this study adopts qualitative research methods in social science research.The so-called qualitat i ve research method is based on the researcher itself as a research tool,using a variety of data collection methods in the natural context of the overall exploration of social phenomena,generalization,induction,analysis of data and the formation of theory,through interaction and communication with the research object,An activity that constructs its behavioral meaning and gains interpretive understanding.In order to answer research questions,this article through the open interviews and interactions with the three teachers and the data collected by other teachers,from the attitude of teachers in teaching,research and students,the basic knowledge of teachers,the advanced concepts of teaching,teaching skills In terms of each aspect,the status and role of teaching philosophy,teaching strength,and teaching skills in teaching ability are meticulously sorted out.On the basis of an in-depth analysis of these materials,a structural system of university teachers' teaching ability was proposed and consisted of three levels: “superstructure”,“power foundation” and “skills composition”.Skills,including the “superstructure” of teaching ability,guide the entire teaching process.“Strength basis” is the guarantee for the teaching ability to be played.“Skill composition” is the way for the teaching ability to play.
