With the advent of educational informatization 2.0 era,educational informatization has been endowed with a new mission.How to use information technology to promote education reform and innovative development has become a hot topic.Flipped classroom is the product of education informatization,which is of great significance to promote education fairness and improve education quality.It “reversed” the process of knowledge imparting and knowledge internalization,guided students to acquire knowledge independently before class,promoted students’ knowledge and skills internalization in class through cooperative exploration,group exercise and achievement display,and consolidated and improved students’ knowledge and skills through discussion and homework after class.It aims to enhance students’ learning motivation and stimulate their interest in learning.In the real sense,it can construct the modern teaching mode supported by information technology,which can promote the process of education informatization.This paper mainly uses literature method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method,questionnaire survey method,teaching experiment method,logical analysis method and so on to study the influence of flipped classroom teaching mode applied to college slow pitch softball general course on students’ learning effect.Firstly,the relevant theories of flipped classroom are studied and elaborated.Secondly,the flipped classroom teaching of slow pitch softball is designed.Finally,the teaching experiment is carried out according to the teaching design.In this study,students from Class 1 and Class 2 of social Sports Guidance and Management major of Grade 2019 in Jilin Sports University were selected as experimental objects to design and implement slow-pitch softball flipped classroom teaching.Social Sports Class 1 was used as experimental class to carry out teaching with flipped classroom teaching mode,while social Sports Class 2 was used as control class to carry out teaching with traditional teaching mode.Before experiment,the students of the two classes have conducted physical fitness,slow-playing ball basic techniques,as well as independent learning ability,and the results show that the indicators did not have significant differences.After the experiment,the physical quality,basic technology,independent learning ability,theoretical achievement,comprehensive application ability and other test indicators of the students of the two classes were compared and analyzed,and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)Flipped classroom theory is relatively mature at home and abroad,and has been studied and applied in many disciplines.In the early stage of physical education,the theoretical research is mostly,and the latter is mainly based on empirical research.The conditions for implementing flipped classroom include online learning platform,students’ autonomy and teachers’ comprehensive literacy.(2)The influence of flipped classroom teaching mode on the speed quality of the softball students is significantly different from that of the traditional teaching mode,but the influence on the strength quality of the students is not significantly different from the traditional teaching mode.(3)The flipped classroom teaching mode is effective in improving the basic skills of students in slow pitching softball,and can effectively improve the technical level and technical quality of students.This provides new teaching cases and ideas for slow pitch softball teaching and practice.(4)The flipped classroom teaching model has a significant impact on the four dimensions of students’ autonomous learning ability,while the traditional teaching model has a significant improvement in one dimension.Therefore,compared with the traditional teaching mode,flipped classroom can better mobilize students’ interest and enthusiasm in learning slow-pitch softball,and can effectively promote students’ autonomy.(5)The teaching mode of flipped classroom has obvious effect on improving students’ mastery of softball theory.The reason is that through the flipped classroom online teaching platform with pictures and pictures,vivid explanation and examples,the teaching difficulty of slow pitch softball is handled in a situational manner,which promotes students’ understanding and mastery.(6)Flipped classroom teaching mode is significantly different from traditional teaching mode in improving students’ ability to use tactics.Therefore,flipped classroom teaching mode can better improve students’ ability to apply technology to tactics in competitions and their level of learning and application of tactics.
