In recent years,the phenomenon of "slow employment" of college graduates has become more and more prominent.Regarding this,people hold different views.Some people think that these college graduates escape the pressure of employment and lack of social responsibility,while others think that it is a reflection of social progress.After analyzing the theoretical basis of "slow employment" and defining the concept of "slow employment",this paper summarizes the development characteristics of "slow employment" and its influence on higher education.Then,this paper adopts the method of combining qualitative research and empirical research to explore the influencing factors of "slow employment",and puts forward corresponding guiding strategies.In the qualitative research part,based on the actual situation of "slow employment",existing literature and semi-structured interviews with graduates and recruiters of "slow employment",this paper identifies 25 factors that may have an impact on "slow employment" from 4 levels.On the basis of qualitative research,a scale was designed to conduct a questionnaire survey on the influencing factors of "slow employment" phenomenon.A network survey was conducted on different groups of graduates,junior students,recruiters in enterprises and institutions,and employment workers in colleges and universities,and a total of 655 valid questionnaires were collected.On the basis of questionnaire survey for data analysis,empirical study,through descriptive statistics,factor analysis,finally extract the influence factors of college graduates employment "slow" phenomenon has four main factors independent of each other,are personal factors,factors,family factors and social factors,influence degree reduced.Among them,personal factors have the greatest influence,accounting for more than 60%.The mathematical model is determined according to the influence degree of each factor.Finally,some suggestions are put forward based on qualitative research and empirical analysis.For effectively guide the rational "slow employment" phenomenon,the most fundamental or lies in the change of college students’ subjective employment concept,a reasonable career planning,to improve their abilities and comprehensive quality of ascension,of course also need to society,college and family support,and create a good environment for the growth of,provide accurate employment guidance to construct platform for entrepreneurship buffer security,improve the employment assessment indicators,mix,jointly promote high quality graduates.There are 10 figures,15 tables and 88 references in this paper.
