School sports as an important part of school education,to enhance students’ physical fitness plays an important role.Then the Ministry of Education issued a series of policies and regulations to promote school physical education reform and development,but due to lack of security and basic standardized management system,the school physical education is facing many difficulties.Until 2014 became the National School building sports system,in which the Ministry of Education issued a "primary and secondary school physical education assessment approach" and other documents,which provide a reference and guarantee for school sports.This study literature,questionnaire,observation,mathematical statistics and other research methods in Guangzhou ordinary junior middle schools to implement the "primary and secondary school physical education assessment approach" to investigate the situation,the purpose is to summarize Guangzhou ordinary junior high school sports new problems that exist and the causes for the improvement of basic countermeasures school sports and healthy development to make modest force.Through the investigation,the following conclusions:(1)Guangzhou ordinary junior high overall better implement the "Measures" requirements,the extent of implementation of the provincial schools than municipal schools,municipal schools less than municipal schools;urban than suburban school district schools,peri-urban areas than suburban school district schools.(2)three grades(except unqualified class)schools are losing high security conditions on the index,education index lost 1.58 points,organizational management indicators losing lowest rate.(3)Guangzhou ordinary junior high school sports organization management system more perfect,but some secondary schools need to be further strengthened.(4)in the implementation of indicators on Course,most schools perform better.It accounts for one-third of school physical education is not strictly enforce the attendance and examination registration system as a reference and is placed in student files.Physical activity indicators in the implementation of the campus,there are individual schools failed to ensure a large recess,physical exercise period of 1 hour;school sports Contestants presented better than urban schools near urban suburbs,near the outskirts of the urban area far better than the urban suburbs case;the organization of individual competition for sports more traditional schools.More serious problems on(5)construction of teachers,physical education teacher assessment level wages unfairly phenomenon prominent,larger PE teachers workingpressure of some schools.Venues and equipment,funding situation is not ideal.Although the Status equipment,environment,management’s point of view,a good level of most schools,there are some urban school sports can not meet the needs of students;inadequate funding for sports more than one-half of the school,students can not meet stadiums desire physical exercise situation more serious,extracurricular,holiday stadiums useless.(6)better implement the "National Student Physical Health Standard" requirement,but in the process,post feedback on the test results,failed to timely and effective use of the physical test data.
