With the rapid development of society and fierce competition,college students are facing greater pressure for learning and employment as well as many challenges.As college students are concerned about the group,they are required to be educated at the school;when they are facing graduation,they must change their roles and gradually move toward society.Therefore,they need to constantly supplement their knowledge and strengthen their professionalism.University studies are different from those in primary and secondary schools.They focus more on systematic professional learning in a certain field.Their chosen major tends to be related to the direction of future employment.It can be said that this is a kind of vocational learning.Therefore,it is very important for college students to learn professional knowledge and master professional skills.The rapid development of society has given more demands and challenges to college students,especially higher requirements on the professional skills and professional skills of college students.Their ability to adapt to the major they study and their degree of adjustment will directly affect their professional learning.Even affect their academic performance.Faced with all kinds of pressure,many college students have experienced learning burnout during the learning process.This paper takes the students of A college in Baiyun District of Guangdong Province as the research object,and studies the relationship between private college students' professional adaptability,academic self-efficacy and learning burnout.Three kinds of scales are used in the research process and combined with literature data method.Investigations were conducted with interviews.The investigation and analysis of the basic situation of college students at A School,,Guangdong Province,as well as the current problems and causes,and constructive suggestions for the reasons for the formation of problems.The study found that:(1)The overall level of academic adaptability and academic self-efficacy of college students are all better,but some students still have a certain level of learning burnout;(2)The level of professional adaptability of college students is good,but in population variables There is a significant difference in schooling(gender and grade);(3)The overall level of academic self-efficacy of college students is good,but there are significant differences in grade differences;(4)college students have a certain level of learning burnout and in gender and grade level There are significant differences in the aspects;(5)There is a close correlation between professional adaptability,academic self-efficacy,and learning burnout among college students.The two are related to each other.(6)The sense of academic self-efficacy plays a part in mediating professional adaptability and learning burnout.Based on the research results,the following suggestions were made: strengthening professional education and planning well for life;strengthening students' anti-frustration and cultivating students' willpower;updating teaching concepts and teaching students in accordance with their aptitude;strengthening learning motivation and cultivating interest in learning;correcting learning attitude and developing self-ability.
