Problems And Countermeasures Of Counselor Team Construction In Higher Vocational Colleges

As the backbone of moral education in colleges and universities,counselors are not only the guide of college students' ideological and political education under the current market economic environment,but also the backbone of the training of applied talents in higher vocational colleges,playing a vital role in the healthy growth of students in higher vocational colleges.With the continuous development of China's vocational education system,the team construction of counselors in higher vocational colleges has also achieved phased results.However,we must be clearly aware that both the structure of the counselor team and the selection and employment in recent years objectively have certain room for improvement and potential for improvement,which is worthy of our due attention and attention.In this study,the choice of Zhangjiakou region on the counselor team construction in higher vocational colleges,through questionnaire survey and other research methods,the current status of Zhangjiakou region counselor team construction in higher vocational colleges has carried on the comprehensive research and analysis,through the survey found that the counselor team construction in the region exist talent selection system flaws,incentive mechanism is not scientific,the counselor training system is not sound,the analysis of the above problems,on the basis of,respectively,from establishing and perfecting the counselor selection mechanism,optimize performance evaluation mechanism,improve the personnel training mechanism aspects such as the improvement of the specific optimization measures are put forward.Through the research on the construction of counselors in higher vocational colleges in Zhangjiakou area,this paper provides reference and basis for the construction of counselors in higher vocational colleges in other areas of China,including this area,which is conducive to further improving the educational management level of higher vocational colleges in China and promoting the further development of vocational education in China.
